We invite your kind attn towards Income Tax Act 1961, u/s 43B.

As you are aware, above Income Tax Act 1961, u/s 43B has been amended and u/s (H) has been added
during FY 23-24.

We have been advised that according to this Amendment in Income Tax Act 1961, U/s 43B, O/s payments if
any, not paid within 45 days will be added as Income to Tax Payers A/c and is eligible for applicable slab of
payable Income Tax.

It will be treated as expenses ( and addl Tax charged if any, will be reversed ) only after such overdue
payments beyond 45 days are paid to supplier.

Pls note that our Company TEXTREND Lifestyle Pvt Ltd, Ahmedabad is registered under MSME as Small
Enterprise having registration No. UDYAM-GJ-01-0044047 and accordingly the provisions of Micro, Small &
Medium Enterprises Development Act, 2006 (MSMED Act,2006) are applicable to us and our organization falls
under the definition of Small Enterprise.

Copy of Udhyam Registration Certificate is attached herewith for your ready reference and doing the needful.

Accordingly, we are obliged to adhere to payment terms of max 45 days effective immediately for further business.
