Re: Quality Management System (QMS) – STABILE S.p.A.

Dear Customer,

With reference to tour kind request, herewith we inform you that Stabile S.p.A. does not have, now, the qualification
ISO 9001 for quality management.

However, Stabile S.p.A. has got all product certifications aimed at marketing its flue systems applying the CE
marking.

All products comply with the specific product Standards that – through the number of D.o.p. indicated in each
label applied on every product – refer to the new Regulation (EU) 305/2011 in force from 01.07.2013 that repealed
the old Directive for construction products 89/106/EEC.

Product Standards provide for the maintaining of the certificate of conformity issued by the Notified Body through
the distribution of all documents that set the operating parameters for each certified product, by structuring inside
the Company a procedural (QMS) defined as F.P.C. (Factory Production Control). This Manual includes all those
procedures and controls aimed at validating the product made on the “product type” tested during the ITT.

Annually, the Notified Body carries out a regular inspection audit during which it checks and categorizes the
objective evidences required by the product standard, as well as the application and the maintaining of all the
requirements provided by the F.P.C. Manual (QMS). Furthermore, the Notified Body checks the correspondence and
the validation of the parameters defined during the ITT for each marked product, the correct CE marking and labelling
of all products in order to keep valid all the certificates of conformity in compliance with corresponding Standard.
