 Why did you choose to join this industry?
- To improve my knowledge in terms of productivity, handling people, and basic
training for being a leader. Also, being a leader is not you need to dictate everything
but you need to listen to your members as well.

 What do you like the most in being connected with your current employer?
- Danam gave me the ability to show my credibility and appreciate my own strategy to
handle crucial situation. Danam also motivated me for the strong leadership.
 How do you see your company contributing to this community or municipality or city?
- Contribute financial solution for all employees on this municipality also other
provinces.
 What would it take for a student like me to become as successful as you?
- Always focus on your goal. Believe in yourself for achieving your dreams because
nothing is impossible. God will help you for everything, to achieve all what you
prayed to him.
