Here are some guidelines marching band:

❖ The student must be regular as the Marching Band will be played
in all important events of school.
❖ Training may be planned during summer camp from 10 -30 May
❖ Maximum strength of students will be 21 only( Preference will
be given on the basis of first come first serve )

Guidelines for students participating

1. Commitment: Attend all rehearsals, performances, and events punctually, demonstrating

dedication to the band and your fellow members.

2. Practice: Regularly practice your instrument and memorize music and drill formations to
ensure precision and cohesion during performances.

3. Respect: Treat fellow band members, instructors, and staff with respect and kindness,
fostering a positive and inclusive environment within the band.
4. Responsibility: Take care of your instruments, uniforms, and other equipment, showing
responsibility and ownership for band resources.

5. Teamwork: Collaborate with your section and the entire band, communicating effectively and
supporting one another to achieve collective success.

6. Follow Instructions: Listen attentively to instructions from instructors and staff, following their
guidance to maintain order and efficiency during rehearsals and performances.

7. Maintain Health: Prioritize your physical and mental health, staying hydrated, well-rested,
and focused to perform your best during practices and events.

8.Represent: Main the decorum as you Represent your school upholding a positive image
through your behavior, both on and off the field.

9.Adaptability :Be flexible and adaptable to changes in music, drill, or schedule, demonstrating
resilience and a willingness to overcome challenges as a team.

SCHOOL MARCHING BAND AND WISH TO ENROLL MY WARD FOR THE SAME.

I ACKNOWLEDGE MY RESPONSIBILITY TO PROVIDE THE REQUIRED ACCESSORIES

AND CONVEYANCE FOR MY WARD MYSELF DURING THE SCHOOL MARCHING BAND
TRAINING.
