BUNGEE

participants' feet.
HANG GLIDING
recreational activity in
which a pilot flies a
light, non-motorized
foot-launched heavier-
than-air aircraft called
a hang glider.

- aircraft consisting of a
bag, called an envelope,
which contains heated air.
PARAGLIDING
the pilot wears a back-
mounted motor which
provides enough thrust
to take off using a
paraglider.
SKYDIVING

aircraft and falls for as
long as possible before

LAND
ACTIVITIES
ADVENTURE RACING
expedition racing is
typically a multidisciplinary team
sport involving navigation over
an unmarked wilderness course

from two hours up to two weeks
in length.
Canyoning and Canyoneering
● Travelling in canyons using a
variety of techniques such as
walking, scrambling, climbing,
jumping, and swimming.
● Canyoning is frequently done in
remote and rugged settings.

KAYAKING
a low-to-the-water, canoe-
like boat in which the
paddler sits facing forward,
legs in front, using a
double-bladed paddle to
pull front-to-back on one
side and then the other in
rotation.
SNORKELING
is the practice of
swimming on or through
a body of water while
equipped with a diving
mask, a shaped breathing
tube called a snorkel, and
usually swim fins.
