We, BSED MATHEMATICS – 4 of WMSU – IPIL EXTERNAL CAMPUS are currently

working on our Classroom-Based Action Research entitled “EFFECTIVENESS OF
INTEGRATING DIGITAL TELEVISION TO ENHANCE MATH PROBLEM-SOLVING
SKILLS AMONG GRADE-10 STUDENTS OF MAKILAS NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL”. A
questionnaire will be used as instrument in the said research.

approval in allowing us to conduct the study at Grade 10 – Sapphire of Makilas National
High School under the supervisory of their Mathematics teacher, Sir Ricky B. Montigo. The
study will be conducted at its original time schedule which will surely affect the next class for
that day since the class will be split into experimental and controlled group.
