1.0 PURPOSE

This procedure defines the process for an organization to become a

Subscriber and to maintain their status as a Subscriber when changes occur.

2.0 SCOPE

This procedure pertains to aerospace companies, defense companies, and

government agencies interested in becoming Subscribers.

3.0 DEFINITIONS

See OP 1103 Definitions.

4.0 PROCEDURE

4.1 PD 1100 Nadcap Program Requirements defines Subscribers and Provisional

Subscribers. Where the term Subscriber is used in this procedure, it also
applies to Provisional Subscriber, unless otherwise noted.

4.2 An organization intending to become a Nadcap Subscriber may be granted

status as a Pending Subscriber by PRI.

4.2.1 At the discretion of the Vice President, Nadcap, the Pending Subscriber may
be granted limited access to EAN.

4.3 To apply for status as a Subscriber, a completed p-frm-1104 Subscriber

Agreement including appropriate signatures, and evidence the organization
meets the requirements per PD 1100 Nadcap Program Requirements, shall
be provided to PRI.

4.3.1 In the event PRI receives a previous form revision, the Vice President,
Nadcap may accept the previous revision if appropriate.

4.4 An ad-hoc committee of the NMC shall review the submitted documentation
and determine if the applicant meets the requirements of a Subscriber as
defined in PD 1100 Nadcap Program Requirements.

4.4.1 The committee shall be comprised of the Chair, Vice Chair, at least three
other NMC Subscriber Voting Members, and the Vice President, Nadcap or
designee.

4.4.2 The applicant may present information to this committee at their own
discretion.

4.4.3 For Provisional Subscriber applications, the committee shall evaluate the
information provided and may approve a term of one (1), two (2), or three (3)
years.

4.4.3.1 At the end of each term an ad-hoc committee per 4.4.1 shall re-evaluate the
progress towards full Subscriber status. Additional terms of one (1), two (2) or
three (3) years may be granted.

4.5 PRI shall communicate the committee’s determination to the applicant and
NMC.

4.6 PRI shall provide the p-frm-1104 Subscriber Agreement signed by the Vice
President, Nadcap or designee to the approved applicant.

4.7 Access to EAN shall be granted to the new Subscriber after receipt of
payment or as designated by the Vice President, Nadcap.

4.8 Subscribers shall notify PRI of any changes that may affect their subscription.

4.8.1 A new p-frm-1104 Subscriber Agreement shall be completed when there are
changes that affect the existing Subscriber Agreement.

4.8.1.1 The new p-frm-1104 Subscriber Agreement shall be reviewed by the ad hoc
committee per 4.4 at the discretion of the Vice President, Nadcap.

4.9 PRI shall remove Subscriber privileges, including EAN access, upon
termination of the subscription.

4.10 The Vice President, Nadcap shall be responsible for the terms and conditions
in the p-frm-1104 Subscriber Agreement for PRI.

4.11 Subscriber Agreement records shall be maintained per OP 1102 Records.
