 Terms and Conditions

• Points redemption can be done on a quarterly basis for Experts points credit or electronic gold vouchers.
• Redemption for two wheelers is only applicable to participants who have achived positive growth over last year
average.
• For two-wheeler redemption rewards are for the ex-showroom price, all relevant taxes and registration fees will be
borne by the recipient.
• For incentives of <Rs. 5000, rewards will be renumerated through direct bank transfers instead of gold.
• Participants are eligible for receiving multiple rewards upon achieving the highest slab(5100 coils scanned), the
additional points will be redeemed, at the highest rate(1.25% base incentive + 0.5% growth incentive), as per the
same rewards redemption slabs.
• Average value per coil used for calculation of rewards will be taken at the end of the scheme period as per the
average value realised per coil by Polycab(considering all price changes during the scheme period).
• This scheme is applicable for retailers active in the Polycab Experts App.
• For newly enrolled retailers the minimum criteria is 50 coils & no growth linked incentive is applicable. Only baseline
incentive is applicable.
• PAN details for all participants is mandatory and must be submitted via the app
• Company reserves the rights to alter, modify, revoke, stop or revise/extend the scheme. The scheme is
non-transferrable in any other form.
• Coils scanned towards this scheme must be purchased from the local authorized Polycab Distributor/ Dealers only.
• Any liability arising from the scheme lies with the customer/retailer and the principal cannot be held responsible for
the same.
• Eligibility and payment are as per company policy and at the sole discretion of the management which shall be
final and binding on all the parties.
• This document shall be effective from Period 1st April 2024 to 31st March 2025 unless explicitly revised &
communicated from time to time.
• All the above incentives/ schemes are subject to TDS u/s 194R of Income Tax Act, if applicable and the same will be
borne by recipient.
• If you have completed a valid KYC on Experts and your correct PAN details are available with us, there will be a TDS
deduction of 10% of your payout amount and you will be issued a TDS certificate for the same.
• If you have not completed a valid KYC on Experts, you PAN details are not available with us, there will be a TDS
deduction of 20% of your payout amount and you will be issued a TDS certificate Period, 194R, rewards (point 10) for
the same.
• If a retailer is eligible for Bikes, they can then choose between Bikes or gold vouchers.
• If a retailer misses touching the second slab after 2500 coil scans, they will still be eligible for the last slab scheme
calculation for the remaining scans (1.25% + 0.5%).
• This eligibility is subject to growth over LY average scans.

Limitation of liability
Participants agree to participate in the Scheme at their own risk. Polycab India Limited cannot be held liable for any direct or indirect or other losses or damages
of whatsoever kind (whether based on contract, tort, delict, warranty or any other legal theory) resulting from the Terms and Conditions of the Scheme, or from
the inability to participate in the Scheme, from inaccuracies or omissions in this Scheme, from any decisions made by Participant based on information
contained in this Scheme, even if Polycab India Limited has been advised of the possibility of such damages. If a participant/ winner is dissatisfied with the
Scheme, its services, its content, their sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue their participation of the Scheme/withdraw from Scheme.

• Nothing contained in the Scheme shall be deemed to be either advice of a financial nature to act or not to act in any way whatsoever or to participate
in the Scheme, whether listed or unlisted, in Polycab India Limited or any of its entities.

Compliance with law
Participant agrees to participate in the Scheme in strict compliance with all applicable laws, rulings, and regulations and in a fashion that does not, in the sole
judgment of Polycab India Limited, negatively reflect on the goodwill or reputation of Polycab India Limited and shall take no actions which would cause Polycab
India Limited to be in violation of any laws, rulings or regulations applicable to Polycab India Limited.
Indemnity
You agree at all times to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Polycab India Limited, its agents, affiliates and their respective directors and employees against
all actions, proceedings, costs, claims, damages, demands, liabilities and expenses whatsoever sustained, incurred or paid by Polycab India Limited directly or
indirectly respect of (i) any information or other content you provide on or through this Scheme and (ii) your use or misuse of the Content of this program, or
breach of the Terms and Conditions hereof.
