JUNE 2024 EXAM SERIES

INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES
General Instructions
• Based on the registration, the Candidate’s Original Statement of Entry (Hall ticket) will
be issued on the first day of exam.
• Candidates are required to bring One Passport size photograph and handover to class
teacher on or before first day of exam for issuing original statement of entry.
• Candidates are required to bring Statement of Entry (Original) with photograph and
school seal to enter the examination room.
• Candidates are permitted to enter the exam hall only in Regular school uniform
(Wearing overcoat/ Jackets are strictly not allowed) and School ID card.
• Candidates are not allowed to take any confidential materials from the examination
hall.
Exam Timetable and Reporting Time
• Exams are conducted in two sessions: Morning session and Afternoon session as
mentioned in the timetable link below.

Note:
• Candidate’s registered subjects are mentioned in the Statement of Entry.
• Students registered for English as a Second Language (Speaking
Endorsement)/Speaking 52, exams will be conduct in two days as follows.

• Candidates are strictly not permitted to enter the examination hall after the reporting time.

Reporting Time 8:30 am 12 noon

Stationery, materials, and other equipment

Candidates must:
✓ Bring all the required stationery in a transparent plastic bag.
✓ provide their own pens, pencils, ink, drawing instruments (including rulers) and erasers.
✓ write their answers clearly in permanent, nonerasable black or dark blue ink.
✓ use soft pencils (type HB) for multiple-choice tests.
✓ only use pencils or pens in other colors for diagrams and maps if the question paper
says they can.
During the exam candidates must not use:
 red or green ink
 correcting fluid or tape
 highlighter pens on answer sheets, answer booklets or in the answer sections of
combined question and answer booklets.
Calculators
• Candidates may use calculators in exams unless the relevant syllabus and the
front of the question paper state that calculators are prohibited.
Dictionaries
Electronic dictionaries are not allowed in any exam. This includes tablets and e-readers.
