BTY is seeking a motivated and dynamic Human Resources Co-op Student to join
our Toronto office in May 2023. This co-op/internship opportunity provides hands-
on experience alongside industry leaders, offering exposure to challenging

JOB DESCRIPTION

Role and Responsibilities

 Research local job boards and post job ads.


 Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
 Organize and conduct reference checks.
 Assist in researching competitors and local players at various locations.
 Coordinate new hire orientations.
 Maintain digital and electronic records of employees through the HRIS – UKG.
 Assist in educational recruitment with local colleges and universities, including
scheduling career fairs and/or info sessions.
 Conduct research for ongoing projects.

Qualifications and Experience

 0 to 2 years of experience.
 University Degree or equivalent in Human Resources, Marketing, Psychology,
Communications, or related field.
 Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite programs.
 Strong ability to demonstrate teamwork and interpersonal skills.
 Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Driver's license.
 Positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
