 Restore the Operator Panel operating system, Windows Embedded CE.

 Installing the machine application.

Must be SD card slot installed on

the Operator Panel backside.

SD card and HMI preparation

Step 1)

Verified SD card type: Empty SD

card is formatted to FAT32.

Step 2)

3x File with Windows CE 6.0 Core Image + one folder with Machine application will be provided.
Folder name always corresponds with the machine name e.g. Sagitta76. Firstly, unpack and then
copy all of them to the root of the SD card.

Step 3) Insert SD card to the Touchscreen display.

Step 4)

It is necessary to short Pin no.2

and Pin no.3 at COM2 in HMI. To
use common paper clip is
recommended.

The Operator Panel operating system, Windows Embedded CE renew.

Step 1)
Switch Touchscreen display power supply ON. Follow instructive video. Firstly make display
UPGRADE and screen calibration.

Step 2)
Once you see Windows Embedded
CE screen, switch Touchscreen
display power supply OFF.

Step 3)
Wait several seconds, then switch
Touchscreen display power supply
ON. Follow instructive video. Make
display FORMAT and screen
calibration.

Step 4)
Once you see
Windows
Embedded CE
screen remove
short connection
among Pin no.2
and Pin no.3 at
COM2 in HMI.

Step 5)
Change Taskbar and Start menu
properties to Auto hide. Start/
Settings/ Taskbar and Start Menu...

Uncheck “Always on top”.

Check “Auto hide”.

The machine application Installing.

Follow instructive video. Install machine application through AutoRunMaker. SD card with machine
application folder is named as StorageCard, so there is Source Folder for AutoRunMaker.
Touchscreen display hard drive is named as ResidentFlash. So Startup and Logo will be
automatically directed to ResidentFlash.

Check “Use Set”

Hit “+” in “Copy folders

directly to
ResisdentFlash”

Navigate to:
My Device/ Storage
Card/ your folder on SD
card

Files will copy to device.

Go to “Startup” tab.

Hit “+”
Chose “Sagita76” or file
with name of target
machine.

Go to “Logo” tab.

Chose “LogoKOMFI”.

Hit “+” in the bottom row.

You will see the process

running.

You should see “Make

succesfull !!” at the end.

- Turn the Touchscreen

display OFF.

- Eject SD card.

- Turn the Touchscreen

display ON.
