Achievements:
 As Freelancer: Elite Group FIT business growth is 40% compare to last year (2022), Elite Resort &
SPA performed 80% better than competition average on Booking.com which is 70% + of hotel overall
business. Charthouse Residences from the first day of operation is doing 60% average occupancy
without any sales team support (Hotel just opened in July 2023)
 As employee: Increased RGI share by 23 points, reached from 80 to 103. (Average RGI combining
both Wyndham Garden, Manama & Ramada Suites, Amwaj vs Competition)
 Took FIT business from $8 Million in 2016 to $ 11.5 Million in 2018 at a group level in the last
assignment with Elite Hospitality Group
