Dean Michelle G. Mamaril

University of the cordilleras
Gov. Pack Rd/Harison Rd
Baguio City, Benguet 2600

Dear Dean Mamaril,

I am writing to extend my sincerest apologies for missing the THM 111 Foreign Languages
(Asian) class after the midterms due to a subject mix-up between CM 195 and HM 129B. I
understand that my absence has caused inconvenience and may have led to an "unofficially
dropped" notation on my grades.

I take full responsibility for the confusion and the impact it has had on my academic record. It
was not my intention to miss any classes or to disrupt my academic progress. However, due to a
misunderstanding regarding the course schedule and subject matter, I inadvertently missed the
THM 111 session.

I realize the importance of attending all classes regularly, and I deeply regret any negative
consequences that my absence may have caused. I assure you that I am committed to making
up for the missed material and ensuring that I am fully prepared for all future classes.

Regarding the foreign language component, I am familiar with Japanese as taught during the
last foreign languages semester. I am willing to provide any additional information or evidence to
support this if required.

Once again, I apologize for any inconvenience or concern that my absence may have caused. I
value my education and the opportunities afforded to me at my department, and I am committed
to rectifying this situation to the best of my ability.

Thank you for your understanding and consideration. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you
require any further information or clarification regarding this matter.

Sincerely,

Jolo Arzadon
