1. Listen and sing


1. Play "The Apple Tree”

Play the song: Introduce the class by singing the song. Get everyone to stand up and use mimes.
Make sure you mime to the kids so that they can follow you and copy what you are doing.

The Apple Tree


Point up high
Way up high in the apple tree,
Hold up five fingers
Five red apples looked at me.
Pretend to shake the
I shook that tree as hard as I could,

Down came an apple,
Wiggle fingers down

2. Label the picture.


1. Labeling. Call the kids attention to the tree picture and ask some questions:
 What do you know about trees?
 Are trees living or non-living?
 Do they need water or food?
 What do you like the most of trees?

Permit that kids give their answers, clarify the words they don’t understand.

3. Match
Before even doing the task. Review the vocabulary with the children. Then, ask the children to match
the pictures with the worlds. Finally check the work as a class.
4. Play bingo
Give each student a card and explain the rules. They have to match three pictures horizontal or
vertical or all.

5. Make your own tree.


Student complete the parts of the tree by using different materials such as color paper for the
leaves and color the trunk. As a teacher you can print small leaves and provide the students to
stick them on the tree or use the technique that you prefer.

Finish this lesson with a group picture and then individual picture with your students working on the
project. Send the pictures to the WhatsApp group so the parents can see what their children are
learning and producing.

Instructions

1. Place all the material that kids bring on


the tables.
2. Trace the models of the trunk, crown,
leaves and seeds. Then, give students
to cut them and join the pieces with
glue.
3. Finally stick all the pieces on the circle of cartoon and label the pictures.
4. Ask students to explain the cycle of life.
