Re: Medical Social Worker II- Grade 10

Dear Dr. Scott:

Every year, Kaiser Permanente is named one of the greatest healthcare organizations in
the country for patient satisfaction, overall treatment, and prevention. Health plans are
rated by NCQA on a scale of 1 to 5, with 5 being the best. Only one Kaiser Permanente
plan received a rating of 4 stars, and 6 received 5 stars. I share this mission and would
welcome the opportunity to discuss ways I can contribute to the continued success of
your organization.
I have been working with families and infants as young as four months since high school.
I am looking forward to continuing to work with kids in the medical field. I am aware of
how everything at the Kaiser Permanente Fresno Medical Center operates. I'm drawn
to this workplace by the reviews that many customers and employees post on the
website.
I have a doctorate in psychology, six years of experience in the field, community
service working with homeless shelters, experience working with kids and parents at
Yosemite High School's child development center during my junior year of high school,
and knowledge of child development.
In all of my encounters, I focused on delivering the best psychosocial care while using a
strengths-based approach to treatment planning. Highlights of my career include:
● Only eight states, including Washington D.C., offer Kaiser Permanente plans,
which have limited accessibility. Most adults are unable to access them. Working
at this medical facility allows me to provide treatment to those in need and
admit patients more quickly than regular patients.
● Kaiser exclusively offers HMO plans, thus members are restricted to using Kaiser's
network of medical professionals. We can both improve when working in this
profession by speaking with various sorts and being able to provide patients with
various plant varieties.
I graduated from Stanford University with an MSW, and I recently went back to finish my
DSW with a focus on mental health. In the State of California, I am an LCSW.
My ability to administer programs and forge alliances, together with my experience
advising, evaluating, and treating a variety of patient populations, would be beneficial
to your Medical Center. To set up an interview, feel free to call (209) 455-2202 or send
an email to ximenanperezlugo@gmail.com. I appreciate your time and thoughtfulness.
Sincerely,
Ximena N. Perez Lugo, LCSW
