Warranty Period:
One Year or 1000 hours, whichever comes first against any manufacturing defect(s) from the date
of commissioning of Genset.
Payment Terms:
100% Advance in-form of Pay order along with confirm purchase order.
Delivery:
Ex-Stock subject to prior sales otherwise delivery of Generator will be made within 8-10 weeks from the date of
confirm purchase order or as agreed mutually.
Validity:
Prices quoted are valid for 30-DAYS from the date of quotation. Price based on today’s exchange rate. Any
new addition in taxes / duties / freight applicable to importation, or sales of the related
product/services implemented by the act of Govt. / International Agencies or devaluation of Pak Rupees more
than 5% will be on Buyer’s Account in addition to the
Prices quoted.
ALL Enpower Engineering Company, Transactions are subject to FORCE MAJURE CLAUSE.
The parties hereby submit to the jurisdiction of the Court of law at Lahore which courts shall have exclusive
jurisdiction to settle any claim and/or dispute arising out of this Sale Invoice or any act done in the pursuance
thereof regardless of the location of place of Business of parties hereto or the place where the goods are to be
delivered.

Our offered price for above mentioned Supplies does not include:
 17 % GST for registered and 20% for non-registered companies on above mention prices
 Transportation, Erection of genset& ancillary equipment, civil work, piping, valves, instruments,
expansion tanks, supply, laying and termination of power & control cables, supply of consumable, lube
oil, diesel/gas, water & other installation related activities are in customer’s scope unless mentioned
specifically in quotation.
