‫ﺍﻟﺤﻤﺩ ﷲ ﺭﺏ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻟﻤﻴﻥ ﻭﺍﻟﺼﻼﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺴﻴﺩﻨﺎ ﻤﺤﻤﺩ ﻭﻋﻠﻰ ﺁﻟﻪ ﻭﺼﺤﺒﻪ ﺃﺠﻤﻌﻴﻥ ‪...‬‬
‫ﻓﻬﺫﺍ ﻤﻭﺠﺯ ﻟﻠﺘﻌﺭﻴﻑ ﺒﺭﺴﺎﻟﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺎﺠﺴﺘﻴﺭ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺭﻴﺦ ﺍﻹﺴﻼﻤﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺩﻤﺔ ﻟﻘﺴﻡ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴـﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻴـﺎ ﺍﻟﺘﺎﺭﻴﺨﻴـﺔ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺤﻀﺎﺭﻴﺔ ﻭﻋﻨﻭﺍﻨﻬﺎ ‪ " :‬ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺒﻐﺩﺩ ﻤﻥ ﺒﺩﺍﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺭﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺩﺱ ﺍﻟﻬﺠﺭﻱ ﺤﺘـﻰ ﺴـﻘﻭﻁ ﺒﻐـﺩﺍﺩ ﺴـﻨﺔ‬
‫‪٦٥٦‬ﻫـ ‪١٢٥٨ /‬ﻡ " ﻭﻗﺩ ﺃﻨﺘﻅﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﻓﻲ ﻤﻘﺩﻤﺔ ﻭﻋﺭﺽ ﻷﻫﻡ ﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ‪ ،‬ﻭﺜﻼﺜﺔ ﺃﺒـﻭﺍﺏ ﻭﺨﺎﺘﻤـﺔ ﻭﺜﺒـﺕ‬
‫ﺒﺎﻟﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺭﺍﺠﻊ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻓﻬﺭﺱ ﺍﻟﻤﺤﺘﻭﻴﺎﺕ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺒﻴﻨﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﻘﺩﻤﺔ ﺃﻫﻤﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻭﻀﻭﻉ ﻭﺃﺴﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﺨﺘﻴﺎﺭﻩ ‪ ،‬ﺃﻤﺎ ﻋﺭﺽ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﻓﻘﺩ ﺘﻨﺎﻭل ﺃﻫﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺍﺴﺘﻘﻰ‬
‫ﻤﻨﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﻤﻌﻠﻭﻤﺎﺘﻪ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺘﻨﺎﻭل ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻷﻭل ﺍﻟﺒﻨﻴﺔ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻟﺴﻜﺎﻥ ﻤﺩﻴﻨﺔ ﺒﻐﺩﺍﺩ ﻤﻥ ﺒﺩﺍﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻘﺭﻥ ﺍﻟﺴﺎﺩﺱ ﺤﺘﻰ ﺴﻘﻭﻁﻬﺎ ﺒﻴﺩ ﺍﻟﻤﻐﻭل‬
‫ﻭﻴﻨﻘﺴﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻓﺼﻠﻴﻥ ‪:‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﻔﺼل ﺍﻷﻭل ‪ :‬ﻋﻥ ﺍﻟﻔﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻜﻤﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻫﻡ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻔﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻁﻴﻥ ﻭﺍﻷﻤﺭﺍﺀ ﻭﺍﻟﻭﺯﺭﺍﺀ ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎﺀ‪.‬‬
‫ﺃﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﻔﺼل ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻨﻲ ‪ :‬ﻓﻘﺩ ﺃﻓﺭﺩ ﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻓﺌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﺔ ﻭﻫﻡ ﺍﻟﺠﻨﺩ ‪ ،‬ﺠﻨﺩ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻔﺎﺀ ﻭﺍﻟـﺴﻼﻁﻴﻥ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻌﻤـﺎل‪،‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﺘﺠﺎﺭ ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺒﺎﻋﺔ ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﻔﻼﺤﻭﻥ ﺍﻟﺭﻗﻴﻕ ﻭﻴﺸﺘﻤل ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﺨﺩﻡ ﻭﺍﻟﺠﻭﺍﺭﻱ ‪ ،‬ﻭﺍﻟﺨﺼﻴﺎﻥ ‪ ،‬ﺍﻟﺼﻭﻓﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﺸﻁﺎﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﻴﺎﺭﻴﻥ ‪ ،‬ﻭﺃﻫل‬
‫ﺍﻟﺫﻤﺔ ﻤﻥ ﺍﻟﻴﻬﻭﺩ ﻭﺍﻟﻨﺼﺎﺭﻯ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻓﻲ ﻫﺫﺍ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺏ ﺭﻜﺯﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻁﺒﻘﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻜﻁﺒﻘﺔ ﺍﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺘﻨﺎﻭل ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻨﻲ ﺩﻭﺭ ﻓﺌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﺔ ‪ ،‬ﻭﻴﻨﻘﺴﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻓﺼﻠﻴﻥ ‪:‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﻔﺼل ﺍﻷﻭل ‪ :‬ﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺌﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﺎﻜﻤﺔ ﻭﺩﻭﺭﻫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﺔ ﻭﻤﺩﻯ ﺇﺴﻬﺎﻡ ﺍﻟﺨﻠﻔـﺎﺀ ﻭﻭﺯﺭﺍﺌﻬـﻡ‬
‫ﻭﺍﻟﺴﻼﻁﻴﻥ ﻭﺍﻷﻤﺭﺍﺀ ﻭﺠﻬﻭﺩﻫﻡ ﺍﻟﻤﺒﺫﻭﻟﺔ ﻟﺨﺩﻤﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ‪.‬‬
‫ﺍﻟﻔﺼل ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻨﻲ ‪ :‬ﻓﺌﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻌﺎﻤﺔ ﻭﺩﻭﺭﻫﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺒﺎﺏ ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻟﺙ ﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻷﺴﺭﺓ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﺠﺘﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﺒﻐﺩﺍﺩﻱ ﻭﻴﻨﻘﺴﻡ ﺇﻟﻰ ﻓﺼﻠﻴﻥ ‪:‬‬

‫ﺃﻤﺎ ﺍﻟﻔﺼل ﺍﻟﺜﺎﻨﻲ ‪ :‬ﺃﺨﺘﺹ ﺒﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻅﺎﻫﺭ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻓﻲ ﺒﻐـﺩﺍﺩ ‪ ،‬ﻭﺘﻨﺎﻭﻟـﺕ ﺍﻟﺩﺭﺍﺴـﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﻅـﺎﻫﺭ‬
‫ﺍﻻﺠﺘﻤﺎﻋﻴﺔ ﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻭﺤﻴﺎﺘﻬﻡ ﺍﻟﻴﻭﻤﻴﺔ ‪.‬‬
‫ﻭﺍﺨﺘﺘﻡ ﺍﻟﺒﺤﺙ ﺒﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﻤﻭﺠﺯﺓ ﻷﻫﻡ ﻤﺎ ﺘﻭﺼﻠﺕ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﻤﻥ ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﻭﺜﺒﺕ ﺒﺎﻟﻤﺼﺎﺩﺭ ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺭﺍﺠﻊ ‪..‬‬

 Abstract

Title : Social life in Baghdad from the beginning of the sixth Hejri century until the
downfall of Baghdad in 656H / 1258 AD. The research consists of an introduction, the
most important resources of the research, three chapters, the conclusion, references and an
appendex.
In the introduction, I explained the importance of the topic and reasons for selecting
it . I mentioned the most important references of details and information.
The first chapter deals with the social structure of population in Baghdad from the
beginning of the sixth Hejri century until its downfall . It is divided into two sections.
Sections (1) is abont the rulers; caliphs, sultans, princes, ministers and scholars.
Section (2) deals with the individuals in the society such as soldiers, workers,
merchants, sellers, farmers and slaves such as servants, ascetics, rovers, wanderers and
people of religious minorities such jews and Christians. I focused on the society classes as
a social class.
Chapter 2 deals with the role of people in all classes of the society. It has two
sections :
Section (1) deals with the rulers and their roles in the general life and how caliphs,
ministers, sultans and princes contributed in the welfare of the society.
Section (2) deals with other classes of the society and their roles in society .
Chapter(3) deals with family life in the society in Baghdad. It is divided into two
sections.
Section (1) deals with houses and buildings. Section (2) deals with life aspects in
Baghdad especially the social aspects of people and their daily life.
The conclusion contained a brief study of the most important results and an
appendex.
