Please note that Tuition Fees Discounts do not apply to any other fees - uniform, exercise books, text
books, transportation, external examination, development and assessment fees.
Students who join the Academy during the course of the academic year will be charged according to the
number of weeks that remain of the term within which they join. After that term, the usual fees apply.
Students with outstanding balance in the academic year 2022-2023 are not guaranteed to be accepted to
the next academic year, if the amount due has not been cleared before 31.07.2023.
The annual increase rate in Tuition fees will not exceed 5% for any year during your child’s years
of study at the Academy. Exception to this are cases of increases in government contributions or
unforeseen changes in the economy. Not raising fees is not a waiver of the right to do so.

Transportation
Transportation is offered within the bounds of the published bus routes within the Greater Nicosia area by
contracted bus services. Fees are:

Students who have a travel card can use the Nicosia blue buses at discounted rates. A bus travel card can
be obtained from the Cyprus Public Transport.

Educational Materials, Activities and Visits

To help reduce the need to bring money to school, advance payment to cover these costs for the academic
year is added to the tuition fees payment for Term 1 and is also due by 22.09.2023.
A list of books needed during the academic year will be provided for each student together with purchase
instructions.

C. Discounts to Tuition Fees

Children of the Alumni of the American Academy Nicosia are entitled to a discount of up to 10%.
Pre-Payment incentive of 5% if total tuition fees are paid in full before 22.09.2023
