To whom it may concern,

Our desire is to empower believers to discover their unique destiny and live a supernatural lifestyle grounded
in Spirit- lled theology. In doing so, we seek to equip believers to ful ll Jesus’ commission of declaring God’s
Kingdom by healing the sick, raising the dead, cleansing lepers, and casting out demons (Matthew 10:7–8). We
love to see God intersect and change people's lives. We expect the supernatural leading of the Holy Spirit
corporately and individually.

We also believe that every believer needs to be trained. Jesus called us to continue His ministry. He promises
the same and greater works to those who pick up the charge. Our heart is to raise up pastors and leaders in the
power of the Holy Spirit through our ministry. We want to train and equip believers to operate in the
supernatural power of God in their everyday lives. Our vision is to leave a lasting legacy by training up an army
of believers empowered in Kingdom culture.

Leadership Core Values: We are committed to a presence-driven ministry, aiming to cultivate an environment
that values, attracts, and ministers the manifest Presence of God. God’s Presence serves as the life ow,
transforming lives and releasing Heaven's blueprints and the gospel with immense power. Additionally, we
prioritize freedom, recognizing that true freedom allows individuals to live authentically and without the need
for external validation, enabling us to genuinely heal and uplift others. Family is of paramount importance, and
we place relationships above all else in our leadership approach. Furthermore, we are dedicated to enabling
supernatural breakthroughs by equipping saints for naturally supernatural ministry. Our goal is to witness more
individuals empowered by the Holy Spirit, operating in their spiritual gifts and con dently walking in their
destiny. Finally, we wholeheartedly embrace spiritual disciplines, understanding that intentional and regular
practices rooted in faith foster a deeper connection with God and personal growth. We are steadfast in
creating an encouraging environment where everyone is motivated to engage in spiritual disciplines.

Blessings,

Ryan & Maria Robison
