The board of directors of Trident Consulting Group held a meeting on 7th of Feburary 2023 at Vila Rose,
Port Vila.

The following individuals were present at the meeting representing Trident Consulting Group.

Ebonie Mae Rose Owner

The Directors noted that they had reviewed and considered opening a business account with BSP in
vatu, in the name of the Corporation and that Ebonie Mae Rose should be authorized to act on behalf of
the Corporation to open such account, and should also be the only Signatory for the account. Based on
this review and consideration by the Directors, the following resolution was unanimously adopted:

RESOLVED, that the Corporation open a business account with BSP in vatu, in the name of the
Corporation and that Ebonie Mae Rose is authorized to act on behalf of the Corporation to open such
account, and be the only Signatory for the account.

RESOLVED FURTHER, that the Officers of this Corporation are authorized and directed to take any action
necessary to effectuate the foregoing resolution.
