Final Version Workplace Correspondence
I hope this message reaches you. My name is Demi Orr, and I am writing you to gather your
attention about the ever-increasing problem with waste in popular areas such as Seychelles,
Mauritius and the Marshall Islands and to seek funding to stop this problem. Here are some of
my suggested revisions.
Manufacturer: The funding would assist in taking responsibility by paying to collect
and recycle the products covered under law, with the products covered varying widely
from state to state.
Programs: Funding for more programs would be a great opportunity for citizens in
popular destinations to come together and clean up the messes made by one another.
Call to Action: Some visitor’s also have a part in this problem as well. Having the
visitors take responsibility will also be a problem solver.
Once these changes have been reviewed, I do plan on taking action to confirm my effectiveness.
My goal is to make cleaner destination for people to live on and have others visit clean
environments as well.
Thank you, for considering these suggestions. If you have any questions or require further
information, please feel free to contact me at my email @n01529856@unf.edu or my phone
number (478)-365-7802.
Sincerely,

Instructions
Dear Landscape and Waste Management Agency employees,
I hope this message reaches you. My name is Demi Orr, and I am writing you to gather your
attention about the ever-increasing problem with waste in popular areas such as Seychelles,
Mauritius and the Marshall Islands. Here are some of the findings that will guide improvements
for cleaner environment/destinations.
Summary:
A group of islands like Seychelles has the same consumptions pattern as the rest of the world’s
islands. They are also challenged by their limited possibilities for disposing waste in a
responsible way. Lots of waste such as electronics, chemicals and composite materials require
special treatment, and this is a big issue for the Seychelles and other islands nations where the
cost of recycling materials and environmental hazardous substances are extra high because they
need separate collection, storage and transport by ship.
Results:
Our job would be to draw up a master plan based on local conditions and priorities. The aim is to
make a proposal, which incorporate waste management into the existing institutional set-up, and
contributes to a better society from an economic, social environmental perspective.
Conclusion:
The feedback I receive from the revisions/findings some improvements needed in our “ever-
increasing problem with waste” will come about. Although the findings were generally well-
received, implementing these recommendations and suggestions will make this problem even
more accessible and needed.
Recommendations:
Based on the feedback, we recommend the following revisions to our instructions:
To address Finding 1 and enhance clarity, the manufactures play a part in the waste
establishments. So, authorizing funding to face the challenge of making the right business
decisions, the increasing waste will become no more. Based on the results on my usability tests
this came easily resolve.
To address Finding 2 and explain further, given funding to establish more programs, this
will implement state federal laws to protect the environment. Based on the results on my
usability tests this can easily be resolve.
To address Finding 3 and prevent confusion, to specify the “making it happen”, within
the results this should be taking into consideration immediately. Based on the results on my
usability tests this can easily be resolve.
