I, Dr.B.Ganesh Yadav, am writing this letter on behalf of my family, the lawful owner my father Boddam Anjaneyulu of

Plot No. 6/Part and Plot No. 7/Part under Survey No. 224 located at palmakula(v) ,shamshabad(m),rangareddy pin -

509325. I am deeply concerned about a significant discrepancy that has come to our attention during the land

acquisition process for the construction of National Highway-44. This matter pertains to the difference in land

measurement between the field survey and the survey report. I humbly request your intervention to address this

issue as it directly affects our livelihood and the well-being of my family members. As you are aware, land is not

merely a piece of property for us but an integral part of our livelihood. The discrepancy in the measurement of our

land is causing considerable distress and anxiety within our family. According to the field survey, our total land area is

approximately 49 square meters, whereas the survey report indicates a size of 64 square meters. This inconsistency

raises questions about the accuracy of the land measurement, which is a critical factor in determining fair

compensation and the future of our family's livelihood. We are law-abiding citizens and fully support the development

of essential infrastructure projects such as National Highway-44. However, the accurate measurement and fair

compensation for our land are of paramount importance to us. We believe that a correct assessment of our land is

essential to ensure justice and equity during the land acquisition process. Therefore, I kindly request your esteemed

office to conduct a resurvey of Plot No. 6/Part and Plot No. 7/Part under Survey No. 224 , using the most accurate

and up-to-date survey.
