Nicolas: Hi, Juan! Have you ever been to the zoo?

Juan: Hi, Nicolas! Yes, I have been to the zoo before. I went there last year with my
family. Have you ever seen a giraffe?

Nicolas: No, I haven’t seen a giraffe yet. But I want to go to the zoo soon. Do you think we
can go together?

Juan: Sure! I think we should go after school next week. I’ve already asked my mom, and
she said it’s okay.

Nicolas: That sounds great! I’ve never been to the zoo, so I’m really excited.

Juan: Me too! I think we’ll have a lot of fun. By the way, have you finished your
homework yet?

Nicolas: No, not yet. But I will finish it before we go to the zoo. What about you?

Juan: I finished my homework already. I did it yesterday after dinner.

Nicolas: Wow, you’re so organized! I always leave my homework until the last minute.

Juan: Don’t worry, Nicolas. I’m sure you’ll finish it on time. Let’s meet at the school gate
after class next Wednesday, okay?
Nicolas: Okay, sounds like a plan! I can’t wait to see the animals. Thank you for inviting
me, Juan.

Juan: You’re welcome, Nicolas. It’s going to be a great day!
