A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BARANGAY TREASURER TO INCASH THE AMOUNT OF

TWO HUNDRED TWENTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED FORTY-SIX PESOS AND TWENTY-FIVE
CENTS (P 220,546.25) INTENDED FOR LEAVE CREDITS OF BARANGAY OFFICIALS FROM
JANUARY 01 TO DECEMBER 31, 2023.

WHEREAS, it had been agreed by the barangay council to appropriate the said amount for Leave Credits
of Barangay Officials rendered services within the period covered from January 01 to December 31, 2023.

WHEREAS, the said amount taken from the Personal Services of the Annual Budget CY 2024.

NOW THEREFORE, on motion of Sangguniang Barangay of Brgy 83-B Cogon San Jose Tacloban City, to
incash the amount of two hundred twenty thousand five hundred forty-six pesos and twenty-five cents (P
220,546.25) intended for leave credits of Barangay Officials from January 01 to December 31, 2023.

RESOLVED, further that a special Committee headed by Kagawad Dyreen Joyce O. Fabi be authorized to
furnish to City Accounting Office for approval and release of funds;
