A. INTRODUCTION
This unit is designed to equip learners with the necessary skills to set up computer networks tailored for Local Area
Networks (LANs) and Small Office Home Office (SOHO) systems. Learners will delve into a range of competencies,
encompassing the installation of network cables, configuration of network settings, and setup of various network
components such as routers, Wi-Fi access points, and repeaters. Additionally, learners will acquire the proficiency to
inspect and test configured computer networks, ensuring optimal functionality and performance.
