ACTIVITY COMPLETION REPORT

NATIONAL LEARNING CAMP & OTHER EOSY ACTIVITIES

IDENTIFYING INFORMATION
Date: JULY 24, 2023 – AUGUST 11, 2023
Venue: Vallehermoso Elementary School
Participant’s Description: Volunteer teachers from Vallehermoso Elementary School

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY:
Per DepEd Order No. 14, s.2023, the Department of Education mandated a policy on
the National Learning Camp Program and other EOSY activities, the purpose of this
program is to improve teaching and learning in school.

In order to respond to the demands of time, the Vallehermoso Elementary School


conducted the NLC and Other EOSY Activities as the implementation of the said
program. Strengthening the skills of the teachers through continuous professional
potential development. Furthermore, establishing a strong commitment and love
towards work will lead to quality education.

Every Monday & Friday from July 24, 2023, to August 11, 2023, the volunteer teachers
with the school head conducted an SLAC about the best practices and CIGPs that
needs to be addressed. As, LAC Team Leader I ensure that the matrix of the LAC
session should be followed as what stipulated in the activity matrix. With the
participation of all participants. The NLC & Other EOSY activities was successfully done
and was completed. This is shown through checking of attendance and submission of
the participants output and review of learner’s performance.

HIGHLIGTS:
This NLC & Other EOSY activities is to enhance the teachers performance and to
address the learner’s learning gap and loss during the pandemic that needs to be
addressed and a collaborative learning in School-Based Learning Action Cell. Through
workshop, the participants achieved the skills in identifying and prioritizing things that
would help the learners to learn.

SUMMARY OF RESULTS:
The participants from this NLC & Other EOSY Activities were able to enhance their
skills and strategies in teaching. Furthermore, this NLC & Other EOSY Activities had
improved teachers’ professional development and learner’s performance.
General Comments and Issues Encountered:
The scheduled was followed as planned. 100% of the volunteer teachers participated
actively in the LAC Session. They also share their insights and feedback on what they
learned during the conduct of the NLC & Other EOSY Activities.

Recommendations: School Based LAC must be given attention and value for this is
the avenue of collaboration of ideas and learning new skills and strategies for the
welfare of the learners.
