The Movement Gathering is a dynamic

movement, music and meditation retreat in
Corfu from 19-25 May 2024.

On this delightful dance odyssey, we explore a

variety of practices, techniques and themes
which will unlock creativity and open the heart.

Sound & Silence Gatherings , this fresh and
unique experience distills 10 years of
experiments and explorations and synthesizes
them into one powerful week in paradise.

A dance lover's dream, this odyssey focuses on

the creative process, bringing together highly
skilled movement facilitators and musical
wizards who will guide us through a week of
discovery and artistic enchantment.

Along the way, we unlock some hidden gifts,

learn some valuable new techniques, and
(hopefully) come back embodied and fully
attuned to our own natural rhythms.

A variety of Yoga classes and other morning

practices welcome us to the start of every day,
followed by equally diverse and
transformational workshops and activities. We
keep the afternoons mostly free so you can
integrate your experiences while also enjoying
the beautiful beaches. Then at night, we
reconvene to enjoy a mix of dances,
performances and concerts.

Our home for the week is the Corfu Buddha

Hall, one of Europe's premier retreat centers.
Spacious and sitting on a mountain top
blanketed with olive and cypress trees, the
Buddha Hall offers not only incredible views of
peaks and seas, but a rare combination of
excellent group spaces too.

One of the only retreat centers in Europe that

boasts a large air-conditioned indoor space, as
well as a sizeable outdoor dance/music venue.
You can be sure that we will make a lot of magic
in both of them. This place is exquisite!

Side Note - while the Buddha Hall easily fits

100+ people, we are limiting our group size to 50
people, so that we can enjoy lots of space to fly
around the dance floor!

the BH Package also covers energy &
maintenance costs, space fees and basic office

accommodation, airport transfers, local shuttle,

WHAT ABOUT THE

PROGRAM?

We are still working on the program, which we

plan to reveal in the Winter. For now, check out
last year's program below to give you an idea
of the fullness and richness of our time
together.

In 2024, about half of our artist and teacher

team will return, with some fresh new faces
joining our next adventure. It's going to be
juicy!!

See you in Corfu next May for a

special celebration of life!

While deep healing and transformation is always

a natural and delightful part of our journey
together, we seek to also enjoy simple being,
sparks of creativity and the joys of friendship
and community. Our focus will be on finding a
balance between sound & silence, movement
and stillness, and playful engagement.

Not as rigid as a retreat, not as loose as a

festival, we will find our flow somewhere in the
rhythmic middle.

We look forward to celebrating some blissful

late Spring days on the island we all love so
much. Singing, dancing, meditating, enjoying
sunsets, starry skies, and amazing food are all
predictable. But the real treasures will come
from the spontaneous magic we will experience
together.
