INTRODUCTION

This Construction Quality Manual is intended for use by E2C, in the performance of
all tasks, to ensure that the Project quality objectives are achieved. It lays down the
Quality Assurance / Quality Control policy guidelines, and defines the procedures
and practices to be followed. This manual is to be used as a general reference for
quality assurance and quality control. Other specific requirements may be developed
to supplement these general requirements, if required, for a particular task.

The Quality Project Manual illustrates the QA/QC requirements to be enforced

during the construction phase.

Check lists and forms to be used for QA/QC activities, by all disciplines, are attached
for each procedure.
