This is to inform you that after your application for the post of Registered Pharmacist, I/we
wish to offer you job at my / our store as Pharmacist w.e.f. __________ as per Drugs &
Cosmetics Act. We offer you salary INR _________including all allowances & benefits.
Your working hours will be _____to____ Monday to Saturday, until further changes. Salary
date will be same as Joining Date, in order to ease the calculation & avoid any human error.

We have taken your MSPC Registration Certificate, which will be returned to you upon
resigning / relieving, with supportive acknowledgement.

You will have to give us 30 days notice before leaving services or replacement Pharmacist,
so that we can find replacement Pharmacist. 30 days notice is applicable from either side.
Please acknowledge receipt of this letter as token of acceptance, so that we can further
process your appointment as Registered Pharmacist.
