This was my 1st job, at the time of joining my salary was 1500 inr/month, then in just 6 month it was
increased to2500 inr/ month, my experience in this company was great.
Including yearly increment my salary was 4500inr /month when I left this job.

But then one of my friend suggested me to join BPO/Call Centre because my English was good enough.
2 reasons behind my hold on my English is good.No. 1 studied from English medium school.
No. 2 use to read English newspapers often and I’ also many relatives & friends living in USA, UK,
Australia etc.,

VINSIC/Unique E-commerce Pvt. Ltd. is an e-commerce outsource firm, which provides back hand
support to their clients. Basically they have an advanced knowledge of e-commerce platforms of the
United Kingdom such as eBay.co.uk, Amazon.co.uk, Shopify, Etsy, Magento & more.

My role & duties:

In Brief:
Basically, this company was selling products on e-commerce platforms in the United Kingdom. Most
of their products were supplied from India itself. So my main role was to maintain stock, purchase
new products, maintain invoice, take care of each product till it gets ready to dispatch to the United
Kingdom and provide daily tasks to each employee.

Make sure correct procedures are followed and routinely give directions to staff on what to do and
how to improve. When an employee needs help dealing with customer concerns my role was there to
step in, offer advice, or authorize a special adjustment. Scheduling workers to ensure adequate
coverage is also one of my duties.

Deliver the allocated part of the operation within agreed budgets, service levels and business
targets.

Same as previous company, everything was fine, I’m still in contact with company owners & team. But me
and my many other team members those who were hired by me left the job because of 1 reason, company
all of sudden refuse to pay incentive/commission which we were getting from beginning.

● Currently working as a Freelancer since December-2021 to till now.

My Responsibilities is to setup whole e-commerce business for my client & for that I use to take 30%
from profit amount every month.

Until now I have setup 4 eBay, ETSY stores & website for my 4 different clients, even my all clients has
invested about 1corore inr. In just 3 month they use to earn 300000 inr every month. Day by day business
use to increase definitely profit also increase. But once business is settled, client use to run away. That’s
why I’m seeking reliable & trustworthy firm with whom I can work fulltime & can give my level best to
that company.
