sharing the horrible experience she had with one of these teas.

Maybe yours isn't a period seizure. But you should know this:
Aside from the fact that these teas do NOTHING (they never work), they
still damage your health.
Here's why:
There are different types of slimming tea out there that claim to help you
detox your body.
They tell you it works as Fat blockers (to help your body release toxins)...
Your body naturally rids itself of toxins! Meaning it doesn't need any
special aid.
I mean, that's why you've got a Liver (this alone renders slimming teas
useless).
But do you know why you keep falling for these traps??
Here...
It's cos' you always visit the toilet after drinking these teas. Which makes
you feel it's working (IT'S NOT)
When you drink these teas to suppress your appetite, it works for a few
hours. You don't feel hungry for a while.
You become VERY VERY hungry. So hungry that you wouldn't be able to
hold yourself.
At the end of the day, you eat X3 of what you would normally eat if you
didn't "suppress your appetite".
Aside from that, these Slimming teas contain added ingredients that are
very harmful.
A lot of these teas have laxatives in them that aren't meant to be used on a
daily basis.
(In case you're wondering, Laxatives are drugs used to treat constipation.
That is, whenever you have difficulties going to the toilet, laxatives are the
drugs you take)
Now...
These same laxatives are the main content in your slimming teas.
So, whenever you go to the toilet frequently, thinking the tea is working, IT
IS NOT.
And this is the major reason you always feel nauseous and dehydrated
when you drink those teas. It squeezes out the water in your body, making
you think you're losing fat.
Meanwhile…
Scientists & Nutritionists have found out that frequent intake of this leaf
leads to cramping, nausea, diarrhea, aggravate constipation, dependency,
weakened colon, reduced potassium levels (which is dangerous for people
with heart problems)
Mind you...
I could go on and on about this. But I'm sure you already got the point.
Taking slimming teas to lose fat is just like taking 0.1 step forward and
1000 steps backwards.
You're not only wasting your money and time, you're also subjecting
yourself...your health to SERIOUS RISK.

Like...imagine not being able to sleep for 5 solid days just because of
slimming tea.
Onward...
Now, listen:
There are hundreds of Weight Loss pills out there (you might even know
their names).
Aside from the fact that these pills are very expensive, they do NOTHING
& still go on to cause serious health problems for you.
Well...
They claim to help you "suppress your appetite" & increase metabolism
(just like slimming teas)
But, have you ever asked yourself this; How long do you want to keep
suppressing your appetite? 3 months? 1year?
Meaning...
At some point, you'll definitely stop taking these pills. And what do you think
would happen when you stop?
Your somewhat 'suppressed appetite' goes way over the roof and you end
up overeating. Which means MORE FAT to your body.
Aside that, a harsh reality of slimming pills is the serious damage it can
cause.
Now, when you take these drugs, it sends signals to your brain, making
your brain think you're well-fed, so you wouldn't eat (that is, it gives you a
false sense of fullness).
(If you've taken any of these pills before, you'll know what I'm taking about)
In fact...
There have been cases of slowing down liver functions and even severe
damage to the pancreas, as a result of these drugs.
Now...
It's okay if you want to call my bluff and continue downing them pills.
Perfectly fine. But...
If you're the type that truly values yourself and your health, then you
now know better. You know what to do.
That's why I always tell anyone who cares to listen (including those in my
Private programme)...
You DO NOT need pills, teas or whatever to lose that fat. It's all about your
Diet (i.e what goes into your mouth).
If you can control what goes into your mouth (in terms of food & drinks),
you've solved 80% of your weight loss problem. A whole 80%!

No offense, but why would a grown ass guy or lady think they can lose fat
by rubbing oil on their stomach??
Like...You rub oil (outwardly) and expect belly fat to dissolve (inwardly).
HOW??!!
The crazy part is, You'll apply some of these oils and your tummy would be
on Fire (literally).
You'd begin to feel very hot and uncomfortable. Is that your definition of
"burning fat"? Cos' it won't burn shit.
Listen:
You CANNOT burn fat by simply rubbing cream on your stomach.
That is, once you start doing the right things, your body would breakdown
the excess fat itself and use it up as energy (shortly, you'll find out what
those right things are)
Also...
Some seemingly smart slimming cream/oil vendor will tell you not to eat
and make sure you exercise for 2 hours a day so that the cream will work
perfectly.
Lol.
I mean...
What exactly is na the point??
Why not just starve yourself and exercise instead?? (Don't starve yourself
tho)
Yes, it isn't her fault. She genuinely wanted to know if they work.
Imagine placing something on your abdomen, and expect your belly Fat to
reduce.
Now…
I wanted to end it here, but there's still one more I MUST talk about.
It's one of the major culprit and a lot of people still fall for it day in and day
out.

Maybe it's even your favorite. And you've been praying I don't talk about it.
Here...
C'mon, don't act surprised. You should know by now that ALL THESE
are bluff!
But you've just been using it and hoping a miracle would happen, right?
Mind you, I'm not just saying this to scare you. I'll even go ahead to show
you proof backed up by Scientists, Nutritionist and Health Practitioners.
It might interest you to know that this thing called Waist trainer has been in
existence since the 1600s. It was called Corsets.
Here:
Back then, women wore them in some shape or form for fashion purposes.
Those that were seen without a corset then were termed poor or
unfashionable.
Mind you, even at that time, there were whispers about the negative effects
of corsetry, from indigestion to its impact on pregnancy.
But people wore them anyway, even if they fainted from lack of oxygen (as
long as they appear with a 16-inch waist).
There are hundreds of claims & ads out there telling you how waist trainers
can help you lose fat and give you an hourglass figure.
But this remains THE BIGGEST LIE OF THE CENTURY, and I'll tell you
why.
You see...
When you put on a waist trainer, there are three major things happening
to your body:
1. Squeezing: Waist trainers squeeze your midsection, and give you this
false appearance of a flat tummy.
But as soon as you take the trainer off, reality sets in. It's you and your
tummy over again.
2. Sweating: You sweat more than usual while wearing a waist trainer
(they’re crazy hot!), which can make you lose water weight.
But this effect is temporary.
3. Shrinking: If you wear a waist trainer consistently, your core muscles
can atrophy (i.e reduction in their functionality) and shrink from lack of use
(I'll explain better)
I mean, you're not even comfortable to begin with. So food is the least of
your worries.
Now, all of this starvation and stress could make you look and feel slimmer
without actually helping you lose any fat.
Should we talk about how uncomfortable these things are?? (If you use or
have used one, you know what I'm talking about)
In fact, people pass out from the use of waist trainers (very sad)
And after going through all this wahala, it still won't work. They NEVER
work.

Some even wear trainers to sleep. That's wahala raised to power 100.
Cos' when you wear a waist trainer, you’re not only squeezing skin and fat,

The moment you stop taking the pills, you stop drinking the teas, you stop
putting on the waist trainer, you start eating regularly...
The fat comes back in multiple folds. It would even be worse than when
