BETTER HYPOTHESIS

HYPOTHESIS 1:The size of the apple slice is not

affected when soaked in water.The color of the
sliced apple soaked in water was the fastest that
turned brown.
HYPOTHESIS 2: The sliced apple soaked in milk
was the slowest that turned brown.
HYPOTHESIS 3:There will be no difference.The
apple soaked in kalamansi juice will not turn brown
and will still remain the original color of the sliced
apple because kalamansi juice has more vitamin c
and also reduce the PH value of the apple and makes
oxidation difficult.
