PREPARATION IN THE SUBMISSION FOR DIVISION MONITORING AND

EVALUATION PLAN ADJUSTMENT (DMEPA 2.0)
To: Elementary and Secondary School Heads and Teachers
All other concerned

1. As prescribed in DepEd Order No. 34, s. 2022, Preview of the Revitalized

Division Monitoring and Evaluation Plan Adjustments (DMEPA 2.0) in the
New Normal, it is noted that as a system, monitoring and evaluation (M&E)
is ingrained in the implementation of programs, activities, and projects
(PPAs) in the school and district. Hence, M&E should be done regularly
depending on the office or school’s M&E plan. Quarterly review of office or
school performance should be followed consistently, led by the office or
school heads. Evidence of M&E should be kept as Means of Verification
(MOV) for external validation.

2. And in preparation for the scheduled submission and presentation on

DMEPA for the quarterly report in the current school year, all schools are
advised to prepare their SMEPA/DisMEPA data. The said data shall focus on
ACESS, that the data may include the enrolment for S.Y. 2022-2023
(compared to BoSY enrolment in SY 2021-2022); Number/percentage of
dropouts for SY 2021-2022; MPS in all learning areas for SY 2022-2023 (first
quarter only); and a list of all challenges encountered, and lessons learned
in the opening of classes during the face-to-face in the New Normal.
3. A brief report (on slides/PPT presentation; maximum of 20 slides; using
graphical/ tabular presentations or infographics) shall be submitted by the
school until November 25, 2022 (Friday), through https://bit.ly/SMEPA22-23-
MSD

4. Immediate dissemination of this memorandum is directed.
