In 2022 contract , inclusive of PO value area , there is no PPE inclusive if operation
require it will be provided by the vendor as additonal support
And in every offer of new hiring start from 2022 , Elarbam didn't add the PPE
amount in the PO value , LM already confirmed about the PPE exclusive .

but Elabram is still providing up to Nov 2023

'- in 2018 rate card , there was PPE monthly amount mentioned 80,000 IDR per month for
every position , either it was inclusive or exclusive of monthly PO value even the previous and
current LM didn't awared it but elarbam provide the PPE for some of site superviors in the
previous year.
-We need to get the confirmation or documents reference either inclusive or exclusive of PPE
for all positon in monthly PO vlaue
-If this was inclusive , Elabram need to give the justification why didn't provide for the 33 site
supervisor resources and other positions .
-this PPE providing is how many time in a year or whenever it was requested to replace by the
LM ?

Yes, previous 2018 didn't included the PPE amount in the PO value but due to business volume
size and low requirement and ownership with Elabram to handover to the next one , ELabram
provided the PPE to FSO

Agreement - Elabram will take care the Saftey shoe and Vest for FSO site supervisor up to 2023
joiner ( owner ship with elabram ) and FSO will provide the Helmelt to them ( ownership under
FSO) but 2024 onward , Elabram will add the cost for PPE with separated PO and claim back
from Ericsson

Sourcing Advise - before elabram provide the PPE need to secure the approval from OHS and
Operation , 1st Batch need to deliver DDP to site location of resources at 31st Dec 2023 and
n2nd need to deliver at the mid of Jan 2024.
FSO need to get the approval of OHS for the reuse of old helmet for the resources before we
issue it to resoruces to go to the sites.

For coming requirement , Souricng will fix the PPE Rate for one year with all vendor
rather than adding this cost in the competence cost
Elabram need to give the cleared transparancy of the inclusive items of the offer,
details calcuation when offer the new requriement to operation
LM need to mention the required ( voucher phone, laptop, tools PPE etc in the JD for
the particular position )

Elabram need to share the quotation with two offer ( at once and life time basic
depreciation )
Price validity - 1 yr, credit day 60, incoterm DDP , leading time - 2week start from
order date ,
resiged or lost is elabram resource 's responsibility to replace during 1 week
If particular resource resigned or terminate , this is the cost of resoruce agency ,
Ericsson will not pay for the unservered period and when they leave from
Ericsson ,Resource need to give these cost and asset to resources
