AFFIDAVIT OF CORRECTION

I, WILMA M. DOMINGO, of legal age, Filipino, and a resident of Brgy. Poblacion,

Looc, Romblon, after having been duly sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and
say:

1. That I am the direct heirs of deceased MELITON DOMINGO who

owns parcels of land in Sitio Sangutan, Brgy. Poblacion, Looc,
Romblon;

2. That MELITON DOMINGO is the owner of parcel of land located at

Brgy. Poblacion, Looc, Romblon with an area of SIX HUNDRED
FORTY-FOUR (644) SQUARE METERS;

3. However, the information in Tax Declaration No. 00337 describing Lot

No. 2733 with an area of THREE HUNDRED (300) SQUARE
METERS is incorrect. In truth, it should be Lot No. 2731-SS, and the
correct area is SIX HUNDRED FORTY-FOUR (644) SQUARE
METERS.

4. That the error in the description of said Tax Declaration was due to
clerical or typographical error;

5. That I am executing this affidavit to attest to the veracity of the facts

contained herein and for whatever legal intents and purposes it may
serve.
