ICMQ is an Organism:

▪ accredited by Accredia for the following schemes (ISO 9001, 14001, OHSAS 18001, Reg. Emas,
Inspections -type A, products, profession, EPD, Emission Trading)
▪ notified by the Ministry according to the EU Regulation 305/2011 for the CE branding of
construction products and for the verification of the grounding (DPR. 462/01)
▪ enabled by the Superior Council of Public Works for the certification of the control of ready-mix
concrete factory production according to DM 14/01/08.

VERIFICATION METHOD
Following confirmation of this offer, ICMQ plans the audit through its own inspector.
The activities to be carried out are described in summary form below:
• On-site verification of the presence of elements certifying compliance with
environmental legislation, regarding the object of the assertion (presence of an
environmental management system, recovery authorizations, etc.) and
compliance with the ICMQ CP DOC 262 regulation
• Document verification of calculation and / or test procedures;
• On-site verification of the application of company procedures;
• Document verification of the format of environmental assertion to the
requirements of the UNI EN ISO 14021 standard (if applicable)
• On-site verification of the calculation / test methodology adopted
• On-site verification of the evidence supporting the company declaration (invoices,
bubbles, production data);
• On-site verification of incoming materials and measurement equipment;
• On-site verification of the assessment and management of any anomalies and / or
complaints;

Annual maintenance of the certification

For certificate maintenance activities, document review, on-site verification (1 day)

Price: € 1.300

For remote audits (due to COVID 19 situation) a flat rate of € 50 + VAT will be
calculated as a fee for the collection and management of audit data
The days indicated refer to the possibility to verify the activities, object of the
certification, at the production sites that you reported. Otherwise the timing may vary.
Any additional activities not foreseen in the offer (eg. Noncompliance resolution,
testing participation c/o non-accredited laboratories etc ...) will be measured at the
time estimated cost of €800 man/day. The maintenance fees of the certificate shall

start from the date of issuance of the certificate. All costs shown do not include VAT.
The inspector's travel expenses (travel, meals and lodging) are not included and they
are stated in the price list attached. The inspector’s travel days might be quantified at
the price of €400/day.

DURATION OF THE CERTIFICATE

The validation of the certificate lasts one year and it follows an annual monitoring
program.

VALIDITY OFFER
This offer is valid until 60 days after its issuance.

OPTIONAL SERVICES
We are pleased to inform you that in the area reserved to you on our database, you
will be able to download, in "view and print certificates" area - a QR Code of the
certificate to be used in the desired ways to enable your clients to see it on their
smartphone. The downloaded image can be inserted on the headed paper or wherever
it is visible to your users: for example on the packaging, delivery notes or other
documents accompanying products / services. In this way, operators can control the
products/services you provide, thus having immediate feedback of certification.
