ADROITEC INFORMATION SYSTEMS PVT. LTD., NOIDA (JUNE/2023 — JULY/2023)

• I have done my internship in the Additive Manufacturing domain. Basically, they trained us on FDM
based 3d printing technology.
• During my internship, I have calculated the strength of various materials made through FDM with
varying parameters and conducted design experiments.

1. Modified a conventional PETROL BIKE into ELECTRICALLY DRIVEN BIKE.

• Analysis of Electric Vehicles which are present currently in the market.
• Contacted and purchased various Indiamart dealers for Battery,Controller and Motor.
2. Designing of Abrasive Flow Media for Internal Finishing of Turbocharger.
3. Supply Chain Resilience of Steel Factory
• In this I have calculated Time to Survive (TTS) and Time to Recover (TTR) for different scenarios.
• This project helps the organization to find weaker sections to invest their money.
4. Optical surface inclination measurement device
• Study about autocollimator and took idea from this to make our device.
• It measures surface inclination and display angle of inclination digitally.
