Nestlé Creating Shared Value

Creating Shared Value (CSV) is at the heart of our purpose: to unlock the power of food to enhance quality of life for everyone, today and for
generations to come.
As an integral part of the business development at Nestlé, Creating Shared Value entails efforts towards compliance and sustainable
development.
Our approach to sustainability is wide-ranging, underpinned by commitments to strive for net zero emissions and deforestation-free supply
chains and to advance regenerative agriculture at scale. We are also committed to nutrition, water stewardship, agricultural community
development, and optimization of the common value of society and shareholders.

CSV initiatives in Hong Kong

Nestlé Hong Kong incorporates environmental protection

into our daily operations and adopts a holistic approach to
managing our impact on the environment. In addition to
our focus on more responsible packaging, we donated
computers and peripherals to local NGOs to reduce waste
and encourage recycling, while helping the disadvantaged
to integrate into the information society.
We are also committed to giving back to society, actively
encouraging employees to participate in volunteer
activities to help build an inclusive society and care for
those in need, such as under-privileged families, students
in sheltered workshops, and the elderly. We have also
implemented different family-friendly measures in the
company, hoping to promote work-life balance of our
employees and sustain an environment where individuals
can thrive.
