CLEARIX FIXING MF ECO LIQ

Special fixing agent indicated to improve rubbing fastness in all kind of dyed or printed cotton fabrics. It
is specially indicated for dark shades (reactive dyestuffs, pigments, etc).

CLEARIX FIXING MF ECO LIQ is particularly noted for its;

 It improves by 1 to 2 points the wet rubbing fastness values.

 It can be applied with other finishing products.
 Environmentally friendly, does not contain formaldehyde and APEO
 Easy to use, dilute with warer
 No effect on the shade and light fastness
 Soft handfeel

APPLICATION

 Before useing the agent, control the pH of fluid from 4,5 to 5,0. İt is recommended to work at pH
4,5–5,0 adjusting with acetic acid. At pH higher values the product loss stability.
 If it is to be applied together with a softening agent in the Exhaustion method, it is recommended
to apply with Clearix Fixing MF ECO Liq for the first 10 minutes and then add a softening
agent to the bath. (Application with silicone softeners is not recommended.)
 It can be applied by spray. It does not affect the touch and gives shine to the fabric. Can be dried
in tumble dryers or in an oven after spray application
 Best performance will achieve during 40℃.
 Before useing the agent, clean the alkali, salt, sope and other surfactants of fabric.

Continuous:

20-60 g/L CLEARIX FIXING MF ECO LIQ

Pick up: 65-70%, pH: 4,5-5,0 (adjust with acetic acid)
Dry at 150°C 1-2 minutes. It is not recommended temperatures above 150°C.
Exhaustion:

2-6 g/L CLEARIX FIXING MF ECO LIQ.

pH: 4.5-5,0 (adjust with acetic acid) Liquor ratio:10:1
Maintain 10-30 minutes at 40°C Dry at 900C, 30 minutes
For garments, it is essential to cure at 140°C after exhaustion.

Note: Since the drying temperature affects the result, it is recommended to dry for 30 minutes at a
minimum of 80 C in tumble dryers.

Spray Application:

1 g/L Acetic acid
799 g/L Water
Drying: in tumble dryer at 900C for 30 min
