APPLICATION UNDER SECTION 437 OF THE CODE OF CRIMINAL

PROCEDURE 1973 FOR GRANT OF BAIL

Most Respectfully Show:

1. That the present application under section 437 of the Code of Criminal

Procedure 1973 is being filed by the accused for seeking grant of bail in

FIR No. 245/2024 registered at Police Station Vikaspuri The present

application is being moved as the accused has been arrested on

22/04/2024 in connection with the said FIR. The accused is now in

judicial/police custody.

2. That the accused is innocent and is being falsely implicated in the above

said case as he has nothing to do with the matter. That the accused is a

law abiding citizen of India.

3. That the accused is a responsible person and is living at the Rajeev nagar

markham grant , Doiwala,Dehradun Uttarakhand, 248140.

 4. That accused ceased reside in Delhi since 2000 and subsequently

relocated to their village. After a period, they moved to Dehradun in

pursuit of livelihood.

5. That the accused is not educated person The accused was unable to

obtain information regarding the case, thereby preventing their

appearance on the scheduled date. Consequently, the accused was

declared P.O by the Hon’ble Court.

6. That the accused undertakes to abide by the conditions that this Hon’ble

Court may impose at the time of granting bail to the accused and further

undertakes to attend the trial on every date of hearing.

7. That the accused has not filed any other similar application before this or

any other Hon’ble Court for grant of bail in case of the present FIR.

PRAYER:

In view of the above stated facts and circumstances it is most respectfully

prayed that this Hon’ble Court may be pleased to

a) Grant bail to the accused in connection with FIR No. 245/2024 registered

under section 174A IPC, at Police Station Vikaspuri.

b) Pass any other such order as this Hon’ble Court may deem fit and proper

in the interest of justice.
