INTRODUCTION:

Rural innovation project is a study carried out by the students in rural area about the

people knowledge towards new technology and the government schemes. The objective of

the project is to know about whether the people are aware of the new technology and the

government scheme that government provided towards the development of rural area.

Through this project we can come to a conclusion whether the people are aware of the

central government schemes, new technology updates in banking field, how they are facing

the new technology updates and how they are overcoming those updates. The survey also

helps to find out how the people in rural area social secured in financial requirements like

insurance scheme that are provided mainly life insurance, accidental insurance etc. This also

include the people are aware of the rural development schemes that are provided by central

government like praadhan mantra kaushal vikas yojana,prime minister arogyayo janaetc.upto

which level they are updated, if not where they are lacking in terms of communication. This

survey also concludes in the field of labor welfare and social security measures specifically

educational welfare. It also provides the data of online purchase behavior of the rural people,

how adequate they are purchasing in online mode, whether they are satisfied in the online

mode of purchases.
OBJECTIVES OF THE PROJECT:

 The objective of the rural innovation project to go out the standard method of

learning and to have a social interaction with people and learn from them

 This project is to ensure whether the people are educated about the new technology

update and to find out how far they are in update

 It helps to find out how far the government schemes are communicated between

the people and educate them about those scheme

 Providing them about the awareness about the banking system

 It is also providing personal development of the students and gain

knowledge other than education.

 It also increases the confidence of the student.

The rural innovation project I have undertaken in a village of Kunichi it is situated in the
Tirupattur district, in Tamil nadu , India.
