All First and second Students (Fresh & Renewal) ForAll Reserve Category and Open students
Student who are eligible and have availed scholarship benefit should apply for the following schemes. Please fill the online application form on
https://mahadbtmahait.gov.in website before 30.12.2022 and submit the hard copy along with relevant attested documents to administrative office.

(Note :- Govt. Scholarships are application only CAP round students (excluding TFWS students)

Guidelines for filling the Online Application form on the MahaDBT Portal for Students
1. Click on New Applicant Registration (Please Register with Aadhar base) (Student do not have account on MahaDBT portal)

8. Fill Current course (please delete old information)
a. While filling current course details students should upload CAP allotment letter (State CET online receipt of - Freeze letter /
Receipt cum acknowledgement letter reporting to the institutes)
b. Student should upload fee paid receipt (college fee receipt)
c. Please mentioned registration fee in “Fee paid” TAB.
d. Students should mention the fee paid as per following category

not apply new application for current academic year.” Please contact to your previous college)

 Important Instruction

 Those who have already scholarship account on MahaDBT portal they should use earlier MahaDBT login ID and Password. (if not known
please reset the same. (please update 100% Profile)
 At the time of filling online application form students should carry their Aadhaar card and mobile for getting OTP.
 Students have to link / seed Aadhaar No. with their saving bank account and mobile No/email.
 Students should upload all original scan (readable) copy of documents. (PDF size should be below 256kb)
 Students should fill correct college / Institute name as per CAP allotment letter, Academic year and bank details.
 Students should submit only online application’s hardcopy along with relevant documents to admission Department.
 At the time submitting Application form should clear all dues (if Any).
 It will be the sole responsibility of the applicant to make sure that he/she is eligible to apply(Refer Check eligibility module) and fulfills all the conditions
prescribed for the scholarship.
 In case of non-eligibility of the applicant, which detected during any stage by verification by authorities, his/her scholarship will be rejected / cancelled with
remarks. In such case students should pay general category annual fees of the course.
 Applicant must check that all details provided by him/her are correct before final submission, as there will be provision for edit only if application is sent back for
minor changes. Mode of submission of application for scholarship will be through online only. No other mode will be entertained. Titles / Labels which carrying
star marked (*required!) are compulsory fields in Application form
