PRODUCTION MODE Standard Containers are manufactured in the dimensions of 2.40X5.98X2.57 m and 3.00x7.00x2,57 m
The approximate weights of the containers are (for type HKA1) 2.40X5,98: 1200 kg, and 3.00x7.00: 1500 kg.
All materials used are TSE certified.

Composed of upper chassis, lower chassis and wall carcasses, made of galvanized roll steel sheet manufactured in the roll forming
LOAD BEARING line. (In readymade wall panel containers, the vertical omega profile is galvanized steel). In special projects, following static
SYSTEM calculations, the profile wall thickness and width may be changed, or industrial profiles and DKP/Galvanized column-beam
reinforcement and welding/screws/bolts may be used.

Loading and unloading operation should be carried out by connecting equal-distance ropes to the lifting plates, mounted on the
two long sides, with locks.
LIFTING SYSTEM The standard containers are for single-story uses.
Upon request containers can be fabricated with two storeys and interlocked as modualr system.
OPTIONAL: Plus Flatpack System: Special packaging system, that chasis of the container with special joints connected and all
accesories filled between chasis within 55cm thickness. This system takes place especially in the overseas shipments of our
FLATPACK SYSTEM containers in 2,40×6,00 m dimensions. It is possible to send 8-10 flatpacked units thanks to this.
