2. Plan B is coursework-oriented. Students are not required to complete a thesis but are required to complete an
independent study of at least 3 credits but no more than 6 credits.
However, the university may require additional credit and non-credit courses or other academic activities. Regardless,
students must complete the program with outcomes as specified by the university.

Naresuan University offers ONLY 1-2 scholarships for 2024 Thailand Scholarships. During the period of the scholarship, the
grantee must strictly follow the scholarship’s terms and conditions as follows:
1. The grantee needs to fulfill the publication requirement as follows:
- For Study Plan A1: the grantee must publish at least 1 full paper in an international journal indexed in the database
of ISI Web of Science or the SCOPUS Journal List. Other details of the publications must follow related regulations of
Naresuan University Graduate School.
- For Study Plan A2: the grantee must publish at least 1 full paper in an international journal or proceedings of an
international conference indexed in the database of ISI Web of Science or the SCOPUS Journal List. Other details of
the publications must follow related regulations of Naresuan University Graduate School.
2. The grantee must explicitly identify the granted scholarship from Naresuan University in the published study/studies
and thesis presenting the grantee’s work.
3. The grantee must act as a teaching assistant (TA) and/or research assistant (RA) as specified by the thesis
advisor/assigned advisor.
4. The grantee must maintain a Cumulative Grade Point Average of ≥ 3.25 at the end of each academic year. For a
research-based student, the academic advisor will submit an evaluation at the end of each semester. Failing to meet
this requirement will result in a termination of the scholarship.

5. The grantee must pay attention to his/her study by following the guidance of his/her advisor. The grantee is required to
complete the study without any willful abandonment of the scholarship.
6. If the grantee receives another scholarship, research fund, or any other kinds of funding, the granter reserves the right
to adjust the scholarship in accordance with the terms and conditions of this scholarship agreement.
7. If the grantee is unable to follow the conditions specified in this agreement, the granter reserves the right to terminate
the scholarship in accordance with the terms and conditions of this scholarship agreement. The granter is authorized
to revoke the scholarship should the grantee is found to behave inappropriately or to fail academically.
8. The grantee must be a full-time student, must strictly follow his/her study plan, and must maintain his/her student
status until he/she finishes the study. Changing the field of study will result in the termination of the scholarship; the
grantee however may continue his/her study by paying for his/her own expenses upon consideration of the accepting
Faculty.
9. The grantee who is required to repeat a course/courses must do so by paying the tuition fees for the course/courses by
himself/herself.
10. If the grantee is accepted into the study program as a conditionally accepted scholarship student because he/she has
not yet submitted a qualified English proficiency test score as indicated in Naresuan University Graduate School’s
Announcement of English Language Proficiency Criteria for Graduate Students, the grantee must submit a qualified
English score by the end of the first semester of his/her study as a scholarship student at Naresuan University in order
to continue the study as a scholarship student.
11. The grantee who requests an extension for the study period can continue the study by paying for his/her own
expenses. Any scholarship extension proposed to the university will not be considered. If the grantee is unable to
complete the study within the timeline of the study plan, he/she will remain a student of Naresuan University and will
be expected to complete the study within 5 years at a Master’s degree level, which includes both the scholarship period
and the extension period.
12. Should the grantee, who receives on-campus housing as part of their scholarship condition, decide to stay off-campus,
all incurred expenses must be paid for by the grantee himself/herself. The grantee understands that the allocation of
occupancy slots at on-campus accommodation are strictly observed and will not be re-arranged. The grantee also
understands that he/she is not entitled to request a room at a university staff member dormitory; such a request will be
rejected.
13. Should the grantee complete his/her study before the indicated length of study, the already deposited monthly stipend
must be returned to the university as calculated based on the actual date of study completion.
14. If there is any dispute regarding the Contract, the decision of the President shall prevail.

Graduation Criteria
All Recipients in regards to this Announcement, both those with active and terminated Recipient status during request for
graduation need to perform as follows:
1. Recipients of Master’s program need to have at least one journal published at national level in either Group 1 or
Group 2 of the TCI database or at international level of the Scopus database.
2. Recipients of Doctoral program need to have at least one journal published at international level in the top position
(Q1) or middle-high position (Q2) levels of the Scopus database, and be the first author stated in the journal.

Student in coursework program must have at least 3.35 of GPA for every term

Naresuan University offers ONLY 1-2 scholarships for 2024 Thailand Scholarships. During the period of the scholarship, the

Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat University reserves the right to withdraw your scholarship if you are subsequently found
to be ineligible or if these terms and conditions are not adhered to. The University also reserves the right to amend its
scholarship provision without notice.
1. Meet the conditions of the scholarship.
2. Join your academic course at the given start date (online or onsite) and before the registration deadline.
3. Inform the funding team of any other scholarship currently held, or awarded at a later date. The scholarship may
be adjusted or withdrawn if other sources of funding have been awarded.
4. Seek permission and obtain consent from the Chair of the Industrial Technology Management Program before
making any changes to your program of study.
5. Make satisfactory progress on your program of study. The scholarship is subject to satisfactory progress. And at
least one publication a year.
6. Agree to act in an ambassadorial capacity at your home country, to provide student profiles or testimonials if
requested, and to attend scholarship or recruitment events as required for the Muban Chom Bueng Rajabhat
University.
7. Pay all outstanding tuition fees by University deadlines if you have not been awarded a full scholarship. Non-
payment of fees may result in the scholarship being withdrawn and full fees being charged to you.
8. Agree to the University contacting your during the period of approximately three years after your graduation for
an update on how the scholarship has influenced your career.
9. Scholarship cannot be deferred to the following academic year, even if your academic offer is deferred. There is no
guarantee that we will offer the same scholarships each year, or that you will be offered a scholarship again after
reapplying.

6. The scholarship recipient must have the progress of their studies as below (if the scholarship recipients fail to the

7. After the duration of study (Ph.D. = 3 years, Master = 2 years), students must pay their own tuition fees until

8. The scholarship recipient can apply for the grant for monthly living allowance (10,000 THB) with maximum 12
months for staying with PSU. This living allowance is subjected to availability and the student performance.
9. The Faculty of Environmental Management provide 1 scholarship (8 program) study via online platform.

4. The grantee must maintain a Cumulative Grade Point Average of ≥ 3.25 at the end of each academic year. For a
research-based student, the academic advisor will submit an evaluation at the end of each semester. Failing to meet
this requirement will result in a termination of the scholarship.
5. The grantee must pay attention to his/her study by following the guidance of his/her advisor. The grantee is required to
complete the study without any willful abandonment of the scholarship.
6. If the grantee receives another scholarship, research fund, or any other kinds of funding, the granter reserves the right
to adjust the scholarship in accordance with the terms and conditions of this scholarship agreement.
7. If the grantee is unable to follow the conditions specified in this agreement, the granter reserves the right to terminate
the scholarship in accordance with the terms and conditions of this scholarship agreement. The granter is authorized
to revoke the scholarship should the grantee is found to behave inappropriately or to fail academically.
8. The grantee must be a full-time student, must strictly follow his/her study plan, and must maintain his/her student
status until he/she finishes the study. Changing the field of study will result in the termination of the scholarship; the
grantee however may continue his/her study by paying for his/her own expenses upon consideration of the accepting
Faculty.
9. The grantee who is required to repeat a course/courses must do so by paying the tuition fees for the course/courses by
himself/herself.
10. If the grantee is accepted into the study program as a conditionally accepted scholarship student because he/she has
not yet submitted a qualified English proficiency test score as indicated in Naresuan University Graduate School’s
Announcement of English Language Proficiency Criteria for Graduate Students, the grantee must submit a qualified
English score by the end of the first semester of his/her study as a scholarship student at Naresuan University in order
to continue the study as a scholarship student.
11. The grantee who requests an extension for the study period can continue the study by paying for his/her own
expenses. Any scholarship extension proposed to the university will not be considered. If the grantee is unable to
complete the study within the timeline of the study plan, he/she will remain a student of Naresuan University and will
be expected to complete the study within 5 years at a Master’s degree level, which includes both the scholarship period
and the extension period.
12. Should the grantee, who receives on-campus housing as part of their scholarship condition, decide to stay off-campus,
all incurred expenses must be paid for by the grantee himself/herself. The grantee understands that the allocation of
occupancy slots at on-campus accommodation are strictly observed and will not be re-arranged. The grantee also
understands that he/she is not entitled to request a room at a university staff member dormitory; such a request will
be rejected.
13. Should the grantee complete his/her study before the indicated length of study, the already deposited monthly stipend
must be returned to the university as calculated based on the actual date of study completion.
14. If there is any dispute regarding the Contract, the decision of the President shall prevail.

Scholarship’s terms and conditions
No 1) For the completion of the receiving of scholarships hereunder, there shall be at least 1 research works as follows:
At least 1 of research work which is ACCEPTED in the journal indexed in SCOPUS database and has the name of the
Fund Receiver as the first author.
Provided that, if the Fund Receiver is unable to perform the obligation specified above within a specified period, the
Fund Receiver shall be entitled to request for the extension of the period for 2 times, 6 months for each time, and the
aggregate period of this agreement shall not exceed 3 years.
No 2) If the Fund Receiver has requested for the extension of time as specified in Clause 2 and fails to complete the study, the
Fund Receiver shall refund the fund in accordance with the damage occurred, and the Fund Receiver shall refund all of
received fund to the Fund Provider within 90 days from the date being notified by the Fund Provider.
No 3) If the providing of funds hereunder is terminated, the Fund Receiver shall refund all of received funds to the Fund
Provider within 90 days from the date being notified by the Fund Provider.
No 4) The Fund Receiver shall perform as specified below for the assessment and the following up of the study:
1) The Fund Receiver shall provide the progress report of the study and the making of the thesis approved by the
advisor on a monthly basis and shall provide the result of the study in each semester to the post-graduate study fund
consideration committee.
2) The Fund Receiver who fails to provide the progress report within the period specified by the Fund Provider shall
explain the reason to the post-graduate study fund consideration committee for the consideration of providing funds
for next semester.
3) The Fund Receiver shall be examined for the progress of the study every 6 months, provided that the examination
shall be made by the committee comprising of at least 3 lecturers of the college including the advisor.
4) The Fund Receiver shall be examined for Thesis Proposal of the study within 6 months from the start of the
semester, provided that the examination shall be made by the committee comprising of at least 3 lecturers but not
more than 5 people and appointed by the Program Committee
No 5) The Fund Receiver shall perform the work specified by the Fund Provider at least 6 hours per week and shall participate
in academic activity of College of Computing or Prince of Songkla University. as requested by the Fund Provider.
No 6) The Fund Receiver agrees that the Fund Receiver shall not cause part or all the research to be made by the other
persons without prior written consent from the Fund Provider.
No 7) During the research period specified hereunder, the Fund Receiver shall be responsible for the accident, risk or damage
arising from the work of the Fund Receiver and shall be responsible for the damage of the Fund Provider.
No 8) During the period specified in this Agreement, if there is the occurrence of any event as follows:
(1) The mistakes of the Fund Provider.
(2) Force majeure.
(3) Any event for which the Fund Receiver shall not be responsible by law.
The Fund Receiver shall notify such event to the Fund Provider in writing within 7 days (Seven Days) after the
termination of such event. If the Fund Receiver fails to notify within such period, the Fund Receiver shall not be entitled to
request for the extension of the period of this Agreement. If the Fund Provider considers that such event is really occurred,
the Fund Provider may extend the period of this Agreement equal to the period that such event interferes with the work of
the Fund Receiver, provided that, in such case, the Fund Receiver shall provide the request for the extension of time in writing
together with the reason and document supporting that the delay results from such event.

4. The grantee must maintain a Cumulative Grade Point Average of ≥ 3.25 at the end of each academic year. For a
research-based student, the academic advisor will submit an evaluation at the end of each semester. Failing to meet
this requirement will result in a termination of the scholarship.
5. The grantee must pay attention to his/her study by following the guidance of his/her advisor. The grantee is required to
complete the study without any willful abandonment of the scholarship.
6. If the grantee receives another scholarship, research fund, or any other kinds of funding, the granter reserves the right
to adjust the scholarship in accordance with the terms and conditions of this scholarship agreement.
7. If the grantee is unable to follow the conditions specified in this agreement, the granter reserves the right to terminate
the scholarship in accordance with the terms and conditions of this scholarship agreement. The granter is authorized
to revoke the scholarship should the grantee is found to behave inappropriately or to fail academically.
8. The grantee must be a full-time student, must strictly follow his/her study plan, and must maintain his/her student
status until he/she finishes the study. Changing the field of study will result in the termination of the scholarship; the
grantee however may continue his/her study by paying for his/her own expenses upon consideration of the accepting
Faculty.
9. The grantee who is required to repeat a course/courses must do so by paying the tuition fees for the course/courses by
himself/herself.
10. If the grantee is accepted into the study program as a conditionally accepted scholarship student because he/she has
not yet submitted a qualified English proficiency test score as indicated in Naresuan University Graduate School’s
Announcement of English Language Proficiency Criteria for Graduate Students, the grantee must submit a qualified
English score by the end of the first semester of his/her study as a scholarship student at Naresuan University in order
to continue the study as a scholarship student.
11. The grantee who requests an extension for the study period can continue the study by paying for his/her own
expenses. Any scholarship extension proposed to the university will not be considered. If the grantee is unable to
complete the study within the timeline of the study plan, he/she will remain a student of Naresuan University and will
be expected to complete the study within 5 years at a Master’s degree level, which includes both the scholarship period
and the extension period.
12. Should the grantee, who receives on-campus housing as part of their scholarship condition, decide to stay off-campus,
all incurred expenses must be paid for by the grantee himself/herself. The grantee understands that the allocation of
occupancy slots at on-campus accommodation are strictly observed and will not be re-arranged. The grantee also
understands that he/she is not entitled to request a room at a university staff member dormitory; such a request will
be rejected.
13. Should the grantee complete his/her study before the indicated length of study, the already deposited monthly stipend
must be returned to the university as calculated based on the actual date of study completion.
14. If there is any dispute regarding the Contract, the decision of the President shall prevail.
