Most Common Communication Issues in the Business:

One of the most common communication issues of their business is when
customers are unable to purchase their favorite or most-wanted products due to
supply shortages, it can lead to frustration and disappointment. This dissatisfaction
may result in negative reviews, decreased customer loyalty, and potential loss of
future sales.
Dissatisfied customers are more likely to express their frustrations through
negative reviews on various platforms, including social media, review websites,
and forums. These reviews can have a detrimental impact on the business's
reputation and deter potential customers from making purchases in the future.

Possible Reasons for Encountering these Issues:

According to the owner, who is also my mom, said that the possible reasons why
our shop kept on encountering this kind of issues are: best sellers drink that we
offer are most-likely to be in demand than the other products that we sell, some of
the customers would rather stick to their favorite drink than trying other that are
available, and lack of stocks of the best-selling products.

Ways done to Address such Issues:

The owner restocks best-selling products as soon as it lasts. In that way, customers
that are frequently asking for the best seller drinks, the shop can serve it to them
without relaying to the customers that the product they asked are out of stocks.
Anticipating and addressing potential supply shortages proactively is an excellent
strategy for ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining business continuity. By
restocking best-selling products as soon as they run low, the owner demonstrates a
commitment to meeting customer demand and minimizing disruptions to service.
