Re: Application for Advance Gratuity Encashment

I would like to apply for a loan/advance against my gratuity amount due at the end of my
contract tenure on 31st December, 2024. I wish to borrow a loan of amount ZMW 50,000.00
(Fifty thousand Zambian Kwacha).

I further authorize that the loaned amount is recovered from my gratuity when due for
