I hope you are doing good...Baby am stock and i need your help asap.The Contract
Committe wants me to pay the sum of $1000USD so they could register and process all
documents leading to the awarded Contract in my name to certify that have been
awarded the Contract and alegible for it's prime execution.

The problem here is not the funds,I have it but my present location won't permit me
to access or make any sort of Money transaction.You know that i am presently here
in the Pacific Ocean,there is no means for me to carry out such a transaction at
