Event Concept and Theme

Theme: Disney Princess


“Every girl deserved to be princess”

Concept:
Birthday is the most important day in our life. It is being celebrated once a year

and it is considered as the most special day in our life and we should do nothing than to

feel excited and happy. Birthday take more special when we consider themes that we

would like to see and experience, it gives more excitement and extraordinary

experience of happiness.

Mr. and Mrs. Dalisay the parents of celebrant specifically their daughter. They

choose a theme that they think it could be more special for their daughter. The Disney

Princess theme they choose has a meaning for their daughter that every girl deserved

to be princess and that is what they want to be experience of their daughter during that

birthday event. In the event we have a huge portrait of Disney princess and the ballons

an of course a cake. The event will be on April 16, 2024. The part will be held at Quezon

City at 11:00 in the morning.


Event Description

Every parent wants to give everything for their son or daughter, they can sacrifice

everything for their children that is why when the day comes to celebrate the birthday of

their children they make sure to give their very best to make their children happy and

special. Mr. and Mrs Dalisay prepare a surprise event for their 7 years old daughter

Catalina, The event entitled a “Disney princess” a very exciting birthday party for

children. The event will be held in Light of love event place in Quezon city at exactly

11:00 in the morning.

The venue theme will be filled with light blue and pink colors ballons and curtains

and other materials. The stage of celebrant have a three chairs and one table for their

parents and have a huge portrait of Disney princess facing to the guest.

When the celebrant arrives, the event will start and the guest will sit at their

respective chairs. The guest will be guided of assign personnel. The program will start

with the very grateful prayer. The celebrant will have a short speech for her parents and

guest who came the event. The guest will stand and sing happy birthday song to

Catalina and the parents give their birthday message. After blowing the candle the

entertainment number will be proceed such as dancing and singing.

The game will start after the entertainment number. The first game called Princess

Dress-Up Relay, the game need two teams and there is a basket filled with dress-up

items at the starting line for each team. Position another empty box or basket at the end
of the play area for each team. At the start of the game, the first player from each team

runs to the box filled with dress-up items, puts on as many pieces as they can, and then

runs back to tag the next player on their team. The next player repeats the process,

putting on more dress-up items on top of what the previous player wore. The relay

continues until all team members have participated. The team that finishes dressing up

all their players first wins!

The second game is called Musical Statues - Fairytale Freeze the game need to play

upbeat music while the children dance around freely. Occasionally pause the music.

When the music stops, everyone must freeze in a pose that resembles a Disney

Princess (e.g., Ariel holding a seashell, Belle reading a book). Anyone who moves after

the music stops gets eliminated. Continue playing until only one player remains. That

player is the winner and can be crowned the "Fairytale Freeze Champion"!

After the game the second entertainment number will be process to make time

for the children to rest before they eat. As part of the program the parents will give a

speech for everyone who attend the event and also they the guest who bring a gift will

give a message for celebrant. Before the guest leave the parents will give a souvenir.

 Celebrate Catalina’s 7th birthday with a fun and engaging Disney Princess

themed party.

 Create a magical and empowering atmosphere where she and her friends can

enjoy themselves.

 Foster creativity and imagination through princess-themed activities and games.

 Provide opportunities for social interaction and teamwork among the children.

 Capture lasting memories with fun photo opportunities and decorations.

 Make the birthday girl feel special and celebrated on her special day.

Event Action Plan


 Each team member has his or her own copy of the software and has thoroughly
studied their particular task and learned how to execute them.

 For each member of the team, make sure that the communication line is open.
Have a contingency plan for the flow of each program.

 Communicate during the case with the consumer to know if their desires and
wishes are being met.

 All the activities, decorations and all event requirements are consistent with the
theme all the time.

CLIENT CONTRACT
This agreement is made between La Careme hereafter the “Planner” and Mr. and Ms.
Dalisay, hereafter the “Client entered on this 7th day of April 16, 2024. Planner hereby
engages Client to provide the performance generally described below under the
following terms: All persons engaged to provide the planning are named in the
Attachment. Now, therefore, the parties agree to the following terms and conditions:
Event Date and Description
On April 16, 2024, the Client intends to host the below-described event entitled “Disney
princess” the Birthday reception will be held in Light of love event place at Quezon city.
Planner Duties
The client engages La Careme company to perform the following duties about the Event
entitled “Disney princess” in the reception. The planner shall obtain Client approval, in
writing, before entering into any binding contracts for the event and/or issuing any non-
refundable deposits.
Payment
The Parties agree to the following Payment and Payment Terms: Php 300,000.00
Expenses and Professional Fee Services: Percentage Due Upon Execution of
Agreement: 50% down payment amounting to Php 35, 000.00 and the Balance of 50%
amounting to Php 35, 000.00 on March 24, 2024, two weeks before the event.
Cancellation
Cancellation by Client. The client may cancel this Agreement at any time. If the Client
cancels up to 90 days before the Event Date, it will be entitled to a full refund. If the
Client cancels up to 45 days before the Event Date, it will be entitled to a fifty percent
(50%) refund. If the Client cancels less than 25 days before the Event Date, it will not be
entitled to a refund.
Dispute Resolution and Legal Fees
In the event of a dispute arising out of this Contract that cannot be resolved by mutual
agreement, the Parties agree to engage in mediation. If the matter cannot be resolved
through mediation, and legal action ensues, the successful party will be entitled to its
legal fees, including, but not limited to its attorneys’ fees.
Severability
In the event, that any provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable,
in whole or in part, that part shall be severed from the remainder of the Agreement and
all other provisions should continue in full force and effect as valid and enforceable fees.
Entire Agreement
The Parties acknowledge and agree that this Agreement represents the entire
agreement between the Parties. If the Parties desire to change, add, or otherwise
modify any terms, they should do so in writing to be signed by both parties. The Parties
agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by their signatures
as follows:

SUPPLIERS AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered on the 8th day of July 2022 by and between RM Lights and
Sounds (the Lessor), with an address of X6C4+72F, Guadalupe Sub Lipa City Batangas
Batangas, and The 15th Point Events Center (the Lessee) with an address of #138
Barangay Dalipit East Cuenca Batangas.
TERMS: The Lease commences on the 8th day of October 2022 with the following
inclusion.

o Powered speaker with stand
o Sub speaker
o Laptop
o Wireless microphone
o DJ controller Sounds
o Par light RGBW full colors
o Heavy Duty light stand
o Par light with amber

RENT: The rent for the equipment will be Php 5,000.00, Php 2, 500.00 is required as a
down payment and the balance will be paid seven days before the event.

USE OF LIGHTS, SOUNDS & LED EQUIPMENT:


A. The Lessee will use all the equipment in a good and careful manner.
B. The Lessee will use all the equipment for the purpose for which it was designed and
not for another purpose.
C. The Lessee will not alter or modify or attach anything to the equipment anyway.
LOSS AND DAMAGE: If the equipment is lost or damaged, the Lessee will provide the
Lessor with a written notice. The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth
above as demonstrated by their signatures as follows:

VENUE AGREEMENT
This Agreement is entered into the 16th day of April 2024 by and between Light of Love
Place (The lessor) with an address of 1163 santol St, Sampaloc, Quezon City, Metro
Manila and La Careme event Company (the Lessee) with an address of 1609 Santa
Catalina St. Quezon city.
TERM: The Lease commences on the 15th day of July 2022 amounting to Php 100,000
with the following inclusions:

✓ 2 Suite rooms for Bride and Groom

✓ Guest access to all open resort areas


LOSS AND DAMAGE: If there is damage to the facilities and some missing items, the
Lessee will provide the Lessor a written notice and will pay depending on the damage or
loss.
The Parties agree to the terms and conditions set forth above as demonstrated by their
