between (1) The Official Trustee of Charity Lands
(2) The Governors of Tottenham Grammar School
and (3) Roland Sydney Robertson (Purchaser)
contains the following covenants:-
 "And the Purchaser hereby covenants with the
Governors to the intent and so as to bind (so far as
practicable) the lands and premises hereby assured
into whosoever hands the same may come but not
so as to render the Purchaser personally liable in
damages for any breach of covenant committed
after he shall have parted with all interest in the
premises in respect of which such breach shall
occur that he the Purchaser and his successors in
