Memorandum of Understanding

Party 1: Rockwell International School, Kokapet, Hyderabad

Party 2: Ananya Reddy, the Director of Photography for the IP committee

This Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) is entered into, on 23rd December,2023, by the Secretariat
of Rockwell International School and the Director of Photography of the IP committee.

Objective:

The purpose of this MOU is to outline the roles, responsibilities, and expectations of the
Rockwell International School, Kokapet.

1. Executive Board Composition:

The Executive Board shall consist of the following positions:

- IP Head
- Editor in Chief
- Director of Photography

2. Term of Office:

The term of office for Executive Board Members shall begin on 22nd December, 2023 and
conclude on 25th December, 2023.

3. Obligations and Responsibilities:

- Facilitate committee sessions during conferences.

- Provide unbiased guidance to delegates, ensuring adherence to MUN rules and procedures.
- Assist in the development of committee topics and background guides
- Ensure attendance on all 3 days for all the committee sessions that are held
 4. Code of Conduct:

All Executive Board Members are expected to uphold a high standard of professionalism,
integrity, and ethical behavior and abide by RockMUN 2023 policies. Any conflicts of interest
shall be disclosed and addressed appropriately.

5. Payment Structure
Party 2 will be paid a total sum of 3,500 Indian rupees only after the conference is over.

6. Termination:

Party 2 may be removed from their position for just cause, as determined by a unanimous
decision of the Secretariat.
In case Party 2 wishes to terminate the contract, the notice period shall be 2 weeks before the
scheduled conference.
